Ivor sighed as he ran a hand through his thick chestnut brown hair. It was snowing outside and he was drinking his coffee as he stared out his window with his emerald green eyes at the falling snow. "Can't go out today....well I could, but it's too cold to even think about going outside..." he said to himself as he sipped on his coffee.

Tristyn bundled up in his coat and pulled on his boots before heading out. Just because it was snowing doesn't mean he couldn't go to work. This was a time where people needed it. The wind blew his black hair into his sky-blue eyes and he brushed it away. It didn't take long to arrive at the coffee shop that he worked at. A smile formed on his face as he took a deep breath. He always did love the way it smelled in here. He hung up his coat before going behind the counter and tying the black apron around his waist.

"Well what am I going to do stuck in here..." he said as he grabbed his coat and slipped it on. "I should at least go buy some books or something...." he said as he left his house and walked over to the book store. He worked in the book store, but he had his day off today which was nice but boring since he really had nothing to do.

Tristyn enjoyed talking to the customers. Sure, not all of them were in a great mood. But that didn't bother him. He knew that they just needed something warm to drink to cheer them up. And sure enough, it did the trick. Which made him feel good about himself.

Ivor sighed as he grabbed a few books he had been meaning to buy but never had the time. He then bought them and headed back home. As he walked home he noticed a coffee shop and wondered if he should grab himself a coffee. "One more won't kill me..." he said as he walked inside.

Tristyn turned to the door when he heard it opened and smiled at the man who entered. "Good day sir. What can I get you?" he asked. This wasn't someone he's seen around here before. And he did like meeting new people.

Ivor looked at the mad and nodded. "Good day..." he said as he approached the counter. "Well to be honest I've never really been in here before...but a regular coffee will do." he said and smiled back.

Tristyn nodded. "Alright. Can do." he said, still smiling. He turned and got started on the order. It only took a few minutes for it to be finished. "Here you are, sir." he said, holding it out to him. "That will be $2.50."

Ivor nodded and took the coffee after he payed the money, He then sat at a table and drank it tiredly but happily. "What am I going to do today?" he asked himself.

Tristyn worked for a bit longer before his shift was up. He hung the apron up before calling out goodbye to his coworkers who were also his friends and going to grab his coat. Not that he was done working, he didn't know what to do with his day.
