Well, it is an anime set in a world where there is magic. Not everyone can use magic, but those who can usually join guilds. Those who can't can buy items that are magical though.

This story follows the lives of several members who belong to the magical guild known as Fairy Tail.

Haha, If I was in any guild. I would defiantly be in fairy tail, I am always breaking things (unfortunately) and going over the top with everything I do.

Depends on where you live. (not prying or anything) where do you in. Like country wise? Because I have never been to one, but my sisters has friends in America and they say that the Australian animecons are different to the ones in America

I'm overseas in South Korea... but am hoping to be back in America in another 1.5 years :D

If I was you ivvy I would so make your husband cosplay. That way you two could like go as a couple. Like naruto and hinata or any other anime couple.

Maidenroseheart, America would be the best place to go to for animecons. That's where I want to go for my first animecon but can't. It would cost a fortune on my tinny budget

I love this series! Natsu and Erza are my favourites but I like alot of the characters!
I remember not liking Lucy that much at first but after the Loki arc, I started to like her character (plus it's nice to see her grow stronger!)

I didn't like her when she acted silly in a super female way... the female friends I have don't do that. However how she has grown is definitely something I like. I kinda like Cana... I can identify with her on many things.

I love Fairy Tail! I haven't been keeping up with the anime but I'm still reading the manga. I find it a good mix of everything from just plain cute to extreme Shoujo.

My favourite character always changes between Erza and Juvia. Can't wait to see the next chapters.

P.S. Does anyone know where to find Fairy Tail raws?

I have yet to see the latest episode... but am super excited to watch it. I keep changing who my favorite characters are because there are so many well-made ones. Currently I am a fan of Cana.

I've finally caught up to the anime, and now I just really hope Lucy's clothes are changing again soon. Her current outfit looks like it's two halves taken from completely different costumes. Although I've heard this is a filler arc, that's my only gripe.

I can appreciate that... the episode where she learned her father had died and she had just missed him was a really tear jerkker for me. I didn't meet my dad until I was in college and feel like we missed a lot. I at least still have this chance to hopefully catch up with him again.

Hmm, it's actually the first time I've seen a filler arc in Fairy Tail. It's not like Bleach where there seem to be quite a few filler arcs~ It seems to me that the anime is very true to the manga. Besides, where the filler arc started is extremely close to where the manga is right now; no complaints for me ^_^
