I love the harry potter movies. (Though not as much as the books!) My favourite character... well, characters, are the twins. They always make me laugh, even when it's a serious scene. (So sad when... Actually, that's a spoiler)
My favourite scene is probably Dobby's last scene. His whole line with

was brilliant.

*shudders* No. Anything but flying. It sounds awful to me, but I'm so scared of heights that it's not even funny.

I almost cried for Dumbledore and I was definitely crying in the last movie over Snape and when Harry speaks with Sirius in the forest. That was definitely the most moving moment out of all the films for me. I liked some of the funny parts too though. Sirius is my favorite character. I really wish we could have seen more of him.

The Harry Potter series will not be over until there are no longer ten year olds dreaming of a letter from Hogwarts on their eleventh birthday.

I actually watched them (at least 1-5) for the first time last week. I had read all the books as they came out, but my parents were super conservative when it came to things like witchcraft so they forbade me from having anything to do with the series. Of course I managed to sneak the books, but the movies were a little more difficult to see. I didn't even think about it again until the last film came out in theaters and I realized I hadn't seen any of them.
I enjoyed the ones I've seen so far. It just saddened me that the actor who first played Dumbledore passed away. He was exactly how I pictured Dumbledore as I read the books growing up. The second guy... not so much. Every movie after the second one I kept imagining how Richard Harris would have done the scene differently. I think the worst for me was Goblet of Fire.
DID YOU PUT YOUR NAME INTO THE GOBLET OF FIYA!?
Yeah....

I have seen most of the Harry Potter movies and they are good! Well for the most part, I can't stand how they did Half Blood Prince, it just didn't do the book justice. But other then that the other movies are vary good, but I can't say anything for the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows 1 or 2, because I haven't seen them yet.

Sora: Pottermore is the interactive site built by Rowling herself. You get to go through the story essentially, but not as Harry. You get sorted into houses, and you earn house points. Theres potion classes and wizard dueling.
It's a lot of fun.
Unfortunately at the moment it's only available for Beta testing- those that signed up on special days at the end of July/ beginning of September.
It was supposed to be open to the public in October, but bugs, glitches and the like are keeping it in beta.

I love the Harry Potter movies! <3
The books were, of course, better, but they were able to do some amazing special effects and stuff for the films so they weren't completely terrible.
My favorite character(s) are probably Hermione and Draco. Hermione's a lot like me (but braver, haha) and Draco's just such an interesting character-and Tom Felton really helped develop him as well.
I have many favorite moments but one that sticks out to me right now is when Hermione punches Malfoy. :D
