Sam whimpered and puked again, the knots in his stomach painful. THough he rested against Elros, his skin burnin compared to his lover's temperature. Adjusting his glasses the doctor cleared his throat and looked to Elros. "I am going to grab my tools, I will be right back." he said and dissapeared. Not a minute later he was back, taking the regular check up on the young neko. After comign home with the mutant couple the doctor had been giving them both regular weekly check ups, especially Sam, as if he was worried about something. "I need to removed your dress Sam," he said and the weak neko nodded slowly. "Okay." he whispered and with help the small black dress was off. Sure enough the dorctor's eyes widened and he grabbed a measuring tape. He measure the young man's torso and then looked at Elros. "They made him a shape shifter... He's turning into a woman...." he said shocked, and explained, pointing out several areas changing on the young neko's body. "They wanted to see if they could make a mutant who could change genders... They some how succeeded." the doctor breathed, Sam's eyes wide. "Does that mean I can get pregnant!?" he exclaimed horrified and the doctor shook his head. "You would have had to have a organ transplant, and they didn't do one of those." he said wiping his glasses nervously.

Elros kept cose to sam and gently stroked his head again and again. His worried increased when he heard the doctor had to get his tools and really hoped everything was okay. He stayed close as sam took his dress off and had to stare when the doctor pointed out the changes. The thought of sam changing into a women was hard to take but he didn't move, he would never leave sam. Stroking his head still he looked up at the doctor, "then what is wrong and why is he sick? is it part of his shapeshifting?" he asked and then anger started to bubble up. He would find those people and kill them, he was sure of it now. He would kill every single last one of them for doing this to sam and make them suffer. Yet as he looked down at sam he knew that he couldn't leave him and kissed his head, "is there anything we can do to help him?" he asked as he wrapped his arms around sam.

Shofting uncomfortably, the doctor could only feel bad for the young boy. "He's sick because his organs are being moved inside his body so they can fit inside the new body once he has changed. It also means that... His lower organs will also be pulled up inside of his body, which is probably why the poor boy is so sick... I think pain medication and stomach easers will be the best thing to give him, I'm not sure what will happen if we give him somthing stronger." he said and Sam looked down at himself. He noticed slightly that his chest was growing and he laughed weakly. "I always did wonder what boobs were like.." he breathed and then passed out against Elros. "SUch a brave lad." the doctor whispered. "I will grab the medicine and a glass of water.

Elros held Sam close and continued to stroke his head as he listened. Kissing his head again and again to make sure that sam stayed calm. Though he knew sam was a little worried right nwo probably. Though when he passed out he got really worried but stayed as calm as possible. Looking at hte doctor he asked, "is there anythign we can do? besides the medicine?" he asked as he gently took sam into his arms and stood up. He then carried sam to their bedroom and gently layed him to bed. He knew that no matter what he wasn't going to leave sam, infact he had other plans and had been planning on doing it soon but wasn't sure when to do it.

Doctor Hunter shook his head and looked at Sam. "Its all up to him." he breathed and then looked down at the small male. "He was must have been afraid of beeing seen and thought it would have been better if he was a female... Or his body just went into survival mode..." he said and then sighed heavily. "lay him down, put a cool cloth on his head, and watch him, the change will happen more rapidly, and it will be extremley painful." he said and walked out of the bathroom.

Guilt filled elros as he thoight of what had happened as he layed Sam down. He got a cold compress and sat down next to him, stroking his head. He knew it was his fault, when he jad been more of a animal he had made Sam go into survival mode. Yet he couldn't help himself, lately he was more animal then human. When he was around Sam he felt possesive of him like a animal would be like with a mate. Then when he had been in the library he knew he should of been more careful and not rough. Frowning as he stroked same head he whispered, "sorry... I'm so sorry Sam." he said as he looked at him and knew he wouldn't do anything like that again. He would make sure he wasn't a animal even though he felt like he was changing into one more and more each day.

Sam's eyes slowly fluttered open after hearing his lover apologise, and he reached up shakily. Threading his fingers between Elros's and smiled softly. "Please don't say that..." he whispered and winced. "It was the best time of my life... I-I felt like I finally found and connected with the other part of you..." he breathed and coughed. Hunter walked in with the sprite in a glass and the medicine. "Sam, you need to take this... This pain medication will make you drowsy, and you will fall asleep in 15 minutes... So you won't feel the pain." he said and the neko smiled slowly. "You're so sweet to me Hunter... Thank you..." he breathed and he struggled to sit up so he could drink and take the medicine.

Elros held SAMs hand tightly and shook his head, "but I might be the reason your like this." he said softly and then watched as hunter came in and he nodded. Slowly he helped samsit up and sat behind him so that he could lean against him. Once he had taken the medicine elros looked at Sam, "I haven't told you two things that are important, the first is that lately I feel more like a animal." he said softly, "I have less control over myself and it might be the cause of this. I feel more possesive of you and I feel less human." he said softly and kissed his head. The fifteen minutes before he feel asleep weregoing by fast and he knew right now was the time, "and the other thing is more of a question, but I wanted to ask if you wanted to marry me." he said softly as he held Sam close. "because what ever happens I want to be with you."

Sam took the medicine and watched as Hunter moved around the room. He was a nervous cleaner, that's why the house was always so clean, and now he was going at it again. But Sam's attention was swiftly taken by Elros. "WHy didn't you tell me sooner?" he breathed and then sighed softly, getting more and more tired. "Tell Hunter... When I'm asleep.. He will help you. Right hunter?" he said and the doctor nodded, looking up. "I will." he replied looking worriedly at the neko. He was then shocked and looked back at Elros. He didn't care if there wasn't a ring, he just couldn't believe his ears. "Yes! I will forever be yours!" he exclaimed and kissed his lover deeply, though it was getting harder to control his body, he was getting grogier.

Elros held Sam close and stroked his head, "I didn't tell you since I didn't want you to worry." hesaid softly and just held him as he watched him slowly fall asleep. Yet when he saw the shock on his face he got a little worried. But his worry vanished when he heard the yes. Pulling Sam close he kissed him back and felt happier then he had in a while. He then pulled away and kept him in his arms, cradling him. "I would of done it right, I even had a ring but now seemed good." he saod as he watched him fall asleep and kissed him one last time. "and I love you, I always will." he said and stroked his head as he wanted him sleep.

As Sam was reassured about his love and how he had been waiting for the right moment to propose made his chest squeeze. But he fell asleep in his lover's arms without realizing he passed out, and hunter walked over, looking the neko over. "If we are going to figure out this animal thing, we should do it while Sam is sleeping.. It will be less stress and less worry... And we need him as stress free as possible as he is going threw this change, it will cause him to be a little more fragile then normal for a few days, but once he adjusts he should be fine." the doctor said, adujusting his glasses on his nose.

Elros nodded and slowly layed Sam down on the bed. He wrapped him up in the blankets and kissed him one last time. Looking at the doctor he nodded, "I think that is best too." he said and hoped thar could figure out this before Sam woke up. "lead the way to where we start. I would rather like to figure this out before he wakes up." he said and knew he woukd be very careful with Sam from now on. He would make sure he didn't hurt him or do anything of the sorts to him.

HUnter nodded and then led them out to the living room. "I believe the animalistic side of you is from your mutation." he said and then grabbed his professional clip board and pen and paper and motioned for Elros to sit on the couch. He ran the regular tests, scriblling things down and then stepped back. "How long since you have shifted into the other form? How long can you control it? What does it want the most?" he asked smoothing, his pen poised, ready to write down the answers.

Elros sat down on the couch and looked at hunter, "it has been a very long time since I have shifted and I can barely control it for five minutes. I hardly ever remember what happens when I shift. But I do know I have the overwhemling desire to hunt, to kill, and to mate. I become a animal basically and I don't want that, I am surprised I am even able change back into my human for sometimes." he said as he looked at the doctor and hoped he could help. He wanted control, he wanted to not hurt Sam.

Nodding Hunter wrote everything down and then tapped his board. He paced, thinking of possible other ideas and then came up with another question. "Have you ever let the animal personality take over?" he asked curiously. "Around Sam, or in general?" he added knowing that if his hunch was right, Elros really wasn't going to like it. But unfortunately, it might have to be something Sam and Elros would just have to learn to live with if he was right.

Elros sighed, "I try not to, I feel like if I do I wont be able to ever come back." he said and then looked at Hunter, "when I am around sam it is sometimes harder then ever to stay in control. All that side wants to do is to mate with sam, make sam its own, and protect him. It dosen't seem bad but I wont be able to come back if I did let it control me. The anger and rage I feel from it when I see sam with anyone else is almost over powering." he said as he looked at him, "I am sure that if I did let it take over it could possibly hurt more then help."

HUnter looked at Elros and set down his clip board and sighed heavily. "I was afraid of this.... This is why I've been keeping an eye on Sam...." he said and then rubbed his eyes, taking off his glasses. "I was forced into the team that made you, and I was again forced to help create Sam's injection to give him these powers... I know what you two are..." he said and then put his glasses back on. "You both are part animal.... And even though you are both males, Sam was infused with female cat genes... So it causes both of your instincts to want eachother." he said and then shivered. "With the new powers he has, Sam's body chose to become female, for you." he said, waiting for the words to sink in.

Elros listened carefuly yet that end bit took some time to take in. He just stared at Hunter for a while but then rubbed his eyes a little bit, "so it is all because of them." he growled and wished he had a chance to beat the crap out of them. Taking in a deep breath, he forced himself to calm down. "and me, he is only reacting to me." he said softly before looking at hunter. "is there anything that I can do that can either surpress the animal or even help sam?" he asked since he knew that if he stayed like he was the animal side would only grow stronger till he wouldn't be able to hold it back. he didn't want to hurt sam or anyone else and he would it he let his other side out.

Hunter sighed and then shook his head. "Its not because of you, his body is vulintarily changing because he wants to. If sam didn't want to, his body would stop changing, and return back to normal... And once he gets a better hold on these new powers, he will be able to change on a will... Its just since they are new, it will be slower and more painful." he said reassuringly. "I think you need to go animal, since we have the forest in our backyard here, you should go hunt down those cayotes in the forest, relieve some of the animal's desires... and then I believe you should regain control when you tire it out." he said thoughtfully. "I can protect Sam while you're gone."

Elros nodded as he listened and was glad that sam wouldn't always be in pain once he got control over it. He just hoped that he wouldn't be in a lot of pain for long. Though when he heard her should let his animal side out he got slightly worried but nodded. "okay, but if I dont come back after a while come get me, I am not sure if I will be able to snap out of it." he said as he looked at him, "and if anything happens I will come running." he said and then headed to the dack door. As he stepped towards the edge of the forest his body seemed to change. Right before he jumped into the forest he looked like a cross between a dragon, a dog, and a tiger. It was scary and you had to wonder how he was still alive. He then let out a roar/growl before launching himself into the forest, his animal side taking over.

HUnter watched and shivered seeing Elros's other form again. "I'm sorry you had to become a monster..." he breathed and then faintly heard a whimper. Walking into the bedroom, Sam had surfaced for a few moments from his drugged sleep, and the pain was making him shake. He already was gaining breasts surprisingly fast, and his form was looking more hourglass shaped every time the doctor came to check up on him. But the neko would only open his eyes and whimper if he resurfaced before falling back asleep. Which made the doctor shake his head. As long as he didn't realize Elros was gone, then he would keep calm and return to sleeping, which was a good thing.

The man with the name elros wasn't here, the animal had completely taken over. The monster he had become ran threw the forest and killed anythign it saw as a threat. Then it marked his territory, making it clear that this was his place. No one was to get close and once he foudn a pack of wolves he killed and at them all. The look in his eyes as beastly and he looked to be the monster he was.

Looking at the time, Hunter paced worriedly. Sam's change was practically complete, and the drugs would wear off in an hour. Elros needed to return or Sam would freak out, and probably go animal as well, and he did not want any of that happening. Walking swiftly into the edge of the forest the doctor cupped his hands around his mouth and called for Elros, hoping that when he screamed that Sam was almost up, it would bring the mutant man running, just hopefully in a good way, and not in a I'm going to kill you way.

Elros heard someone calling for him and it registured to him that it could be a friend. Running towards it thought he growled as he realized that person was in his territory. Growling more he charged and bursted into the clearing. Growling at Hunter he moved to attack but then something pushed against him and he whimpered. Holding his head between his front paws he slowly started to change back into his human form. Groaning he slowly got up and looked at Hunter, panting slightly. "dont do that again, I could of hurt you if it wasn't tired." he said as he looked at him.

Hunter watched as Elros burst into the clearing and froze seeing him. Though when the monster stopped and changed back into Elros he nodded. "I will keep that in mind..." he said and helped Elros up, handing him the pair of pants he had brought with him. "Sam's transformation is complete... he doesn't look alot different... But there are some definate differences." he said and helped Elros inside to see his lover. Sam laid underneath the covers, still asleep, but he was seeming to be sleeping less heavily and the doctor nodded to Elros, knowing that he would be hungry. "I will go make lunch."
