I live in Texas, and although it snows in the state, it doesn't actually snow where I live -.- A couple of years ago my husband had to drive me four hours north just so I could build my first snowman lol And last year it actually did snow here, but in the middle of the night and it was gone by morning. The only reason I knew, was because I just so happened to be up, and on my out for a fishing trip. Let me tell ya', being someone who's never had to deal with snow, that was one COLD ass fishing trip from one in the morning until seven lol
Anyway, does it snow where you live? I've always wondered what the Holidays would be like living on a tropical island lol
And do you enjoy it? Why or why not?

I just got back from texas. I live in CO so yeah it snows here. Sometimes allot. Kids are known to make snowmen here. I once made a snow elf. it was awesome.
Yeah I like snow its fun to watch it slowly come down and gather on the tree we used to have. I liked how it made it go down, the branches.

Oh my, for the longest time I lived in Hawaii, and it never snowed where we lived. It was in a home by the beach, so it never dropped below forty degrees at the worst, I suppose we were lucky then. But about six years ago, I moved to southern U.S., and it does snow here, a lot. It's beautiful, since I live alone in a home you could call a cottage, hidden away in a forested area about ten miles away from the nearest town. Lovely here, when it snows, and so quiet. I consider my home unique, so I base an RP or two around that area, but in different times.

It snows out where I live. I live out in Nevada, and my school is located in the higher elevations, so we get plenty of it. Though, it's my first winter actually being at this school, so I'll have to see just how much we actually get, lol. But it's still warm enough that you don't have to bundle up before going outside (well, except in the mornings *shivers*). I do hope that we get some snow that actually stays around for awhile. It hasn't really done so yet '-w-

Sometimes. We got a lot of snow last year. But the year before that we had one big blizzard, and while there was snow that fell and got pretty deep sometimes...it usually melted within a few days, if not the day of.

Yes and I hate it. We normally don't get more than like 2 feet but it's still a pain in the butt to deal with. I used to live up in northern Canada near Edmonton and it snowed a heck of a lot more there and it was way worse so I'm glad not to deal with that much snow any more but any snow is too much in my opinion.

Yes, unfortunately it snows quite a bit, we got a small blast in October, it was quite annoying as we had statewide power outages in the North East of the country. Hopefully we won't get anymore snow until Christmas. It was fun as a kid, but now that I'm an adult and have to drive in it, and have to worry about power outages and accidents, I have changed my whole opinion about snow, yea yea yea it's pretty I know....

No it doesn't snow here! Not now anyway.
It really should be snowing here by now, but apparently it's the warmest fall in decades or something. Last year we had snow from october to march, almost all the time. It kinda sucks that there's no snow. It gets so dark without it, all the white lights up and reflects the light so it doesn't feel as dark. I think a winter without snow around here would be unbearable.
I just checked the sun-times, apparently the sun went down at 15.02 where I live today. :( I want snow.
I've spent a few Christmases in Africa, it's really nice actually, southern Africa got it's warmest period in the winter and it's a nice change really, it's kind of cosy and calm.
But seriously I love snow, and skiing beats everything so I'd pick snow over no snow any day.

No it doesn't snow where I live. Although it should had when it was 30F degrees in Miami. To bad it can't due to the fact we are tropical climate. We aren't close to the equator, but we're close enough to it where we can't snow. It snowed in Central Florida and Northern Florida, but it couldn't snow in South Florida. Even though it reached 35F degrees. :-/
I wouldn't mind if it snowed in South Florida during my life time, I would be happy and watch it melt right away.

I live in Sacramento and no it will probably never snow here. However just a hop and skip away is Tahoe and it snows there. I don't really mind because I don't really like snow and I don't really like all the heat either. I like mild places like San Diego and SF where the sea climate keeps everything pretty chilled and it hardly rains or get in the triple digits.

I have lived in Ohio for almost 21 years and I enjoy the snow still. I was a February baby, maybe that's why. But I find it funny how much snow we get because I get more snow at college than at home. But the snow at college is part of the lake effect.

It doesn't. Though a hobo I talked to one cold night said he saw snow one night. I actually believe him.

Yeah, it snows where I live, Ohio. It depends though, sometimes we get some snow.. sometimes we get too much. This year they're apparently predicting a 'bad winter' so it'll be a lot this year it seems.
Still hasn't snowed once though this year, but that'll probably change this week.

I live in San Diego now so thank God it won't snow! I lived in Michigan for the past 14 years and I utterly despise snow! Oh, it's pretty in a picture all right, but it's not fun to drive in!

Around here, it's a shock if it isn't snowing from October-March. April-September are the only times when we don't expect snow, but have gotten it on weird occasion...
Gatta love living in Saskatchewan, where the weather doesn't even know what season it is.

In Alberta snow doesn't know the season either. XD We'd have snow in April and I'd be wondering where the nice spring weather was then hubby had to remind me we were no longer in Michigan. XD

It snows..a lot here in New York. D:
At first, I loved it, because snow was the ultimate playground. But then the snow turns all mushy, grey and disgusting.
I don't really pay much attention to snow now as I did when I was younger.

I live in Norway, and it snows a lot.. Last year, the first snow was in October, I think. This year the first snow was in November. We had too much snow last year. You may love snow for a while, but it gets boring too.
