I'll probably avoid the online one, since I prefer playing as a single character. D:

I like the robes, though they don't really offer a lot of protection unless I enchant them to damage-resistant or something, and since I'm never really good at enchanting stuff (and never a good enough soul gem!), I usually end up with armor. I have a special fondness for the Daedric armor especially.

Dug out my Skyrim today and started playing it from the beginning again. Am currently raising my levels so I can get started on Dawnguard. o wo
Also curious as to how Hearthfire would work out after I get it...I want to adopt some kids even if I'll end up severely neglecting them, being out adventuring all the time and whatnot. xD (and probably traumatize their little minds, what with being an assassin and a Dremora who has a hoarding problem and keeps on bringing home all sorts of weird trophies like skulls, hearts, and stuff xD)

If you're playing a heavy caster and want to wear robes, it's very much worth it to level Alteration.
The Mage Armor and Magic Resistance perks in particular are very useful.
Mage Armor makes spells like Stoneflesh give up to 3 times as much armor as it normally does as long as you're wearing only cloth, which is very useful when you're stuck in a bad situation. You just have to make sure to cast it on yourself first.

Oh, I'll have to look into that. :) Maybe next time as a Nord, since I've already done down the path of a Marksman this time round with my Dremora. (who occasionally likes to set things on fire)

I hope one day they actually end up bringin dwarves into the plot again. Although my friend told me that they were more like deep elves or soemthing to that effect. Good old fashioned dwarves are so cool! Which that kind of reminds me, I cannot wait to see the Hobbit as Dwarves finally are getting a bigger spot light than the elves-- of course which are usually the mainstream's favorite race.

Yeah, Elder Scroll's dwarves are actually a variation of elf.
Dwemer = Dwarves
Dunmer = Dark Elves
Altmer = High Elves
Orsimer = Orcs
Bosmer = Wood Elves
Falmer = what's left of the Snow Elves

I think that's all of them.

Apparently if you play as a Dremora, you don't have a voice for Shouting. xD All my shouts are silent bursts of energy, lol. Still fun though, but I'll probably start over as a Nord later on after I finish Dawnguard. I really wanna see a Vampire Lord.

Hmm...would be cool if they made a plug-in called the Return of the Dwemer/Dwarves somewhere along the way, it'd be interesting.

Maybe one day they may get dwarves in the sense I'm thinking only they may call them something else at that point like the cave dwellers or something like that.

Yeah, just tick the box that allows a certain type of race to be 'Playable' in the Creation Kit and you can be one. :)

At least, that's how I think it's done. I just downloaded a mod for them because I wanted to have different hair and horns and stuff for them as well.

But if you play as a Dremora, you don't get to Shout. You'll just hear this 'Fuuh' sound when you shout, with the Shout effect. No 'Fus ro dah!' or 'Oh dah viing' or anything like that. Can transform into a werewolf with no problems, though I haven't gotten to be a Vampire Lord yet so I haven't test that.

Hell, if you use console codes you could turn yourself into a dragon if you want. Did that once, was fun, but I got stuck inside the dungeon because I was too large. xD

As long as they don't interfere with gameplay, yeah, they're fun.

Ran into one last night when I reloaded a save where I wanted to do some changes to my character. The wooden crate at the beginning of the game where the Stormcloak guy's head was supposed to fall into after getting chopped off by the Headsman disappeared, so when the guy was executed, his head just rolled everywhere. I couldn't stop staring at it rolling to and fro on the ground in front of me.

I also like the one where the Courier would sometimes run up to you naked to deliver a message. I'm like, "Dude, wtf did your clothes go?" Though then again I ran around butt naked for a while last night because I didn't find a heavy armor that I liked that didn't involve stealing it from some guy's house. Some kid paused mid-run in the village, looked at me, and said, "You're naked! :D" before running off again.

There are ones that make the game totally uncool, as such like you mentioned in the previous post such as turning into a dragon and getting stuck.

Well, that wasn't a glitch, it doesn't happen unless you use console codes to forcibly turn yourself into one. :P

Does anyone know if it's possible to turn into a Vampire Lord and then turn into a Werewolf for the Companions questline? I'm eager to get through the Dawnguard questline first for the first time ever before doing all the Companions questline again for the nth time.

So, just out of curiousity, how many of you have seen the headless horseman ghost? I saw him a couple times and I followed him the entire route. He's quite the eerie fellow.

Sadly, I haven't come across him yet in my travels. :c

I've come across fake Imperial soldiers and Orcs with bad attitudes though. Killed them all when they turned aggressive.

Does anyone know what would happen if you successfully Persuade/Intimidate the Orcs with bad attitudes? So far both my encounters when then ended up with them attacking me and me killing them. (They are simply named 'Orc'.)

I have never attempted it. I usually deserve getting aggro'd by them, though, seeing as I view every walking being a target. lol. You want to sell me moon sugar? Why don't I just pick it from your body? <3

lmao! I try not to kill named characters, but if they're a quest target, then down they goooo~

I sometimes have the problem of accidentally killing non-aggressive people though, thanks to me being a sniper and not a close-range fighter, and end up with a bounty. How should I know you're not a bandit or a thug or whatever? You're all dressed alike!

I lost my temper while in Markarth's Silver-Blood Inn earlier today while waiting for Ogmund to leave so I could kill him out in the streets to complete this Dawnguard quest, but the guy just won't leave! I waited all the way to 1 in the morning (began waiting at around 4pm in-game time) before I lost it and just hackslashed everyone in the inn down, including the guards that came running in, and then reloading from an earlier save.

Lol! I'm sorry, that's happened to me before. Depending on how could your pickpocketing is, you could have just slipped poison onto his person.

I also like to raid Altmer parties. I will hunt them down. If they have a storm cloak soldier prisoner, I free him and give him a weapon. We then proceed to kill the party and I take their shiny armor.

Hmm...well, at the moment my pickpocketing skills are pretty bad. I think it's at 30 right now, and it's only at that number because I used trainers. *had only pickpocketed once, for the Thieves Guild starting quest*
I'd focused all my perks on Archery and Sneak, and then Speech.

lmao!! I haven't ran into any Altmer parties yet so far in this game, though I did something similar in a few earlier games. I don't give the Stormcloak prisoner any weapons though, since I rarely have anything on me that isn't something I'd rather sell instead. I like the Altmer's Thalmor robes though, they're pretty cool-looking.

Ah, that is unfortunate. 'Twas just a suggestion, however. That's one way I usually dispatch targets whenever they prove irritating.

Usually in the parties, there's like one or two mages and the rest are armored soldiers. The trick is to kill the mage(s) as quickly as possible because they're the most irritating members of said group. I've never had issues with the soldiers, just the mages. c.c I always smith spare weapons for occasions like that- especially if I plan on having a companion with me, I'll outfit them with gear I deem passable. I don't want to have to babysit my follower.

I'd like to try it someday. Maybe on a beggar later. o 3o (A few of them are quite annoying so I wouldn't mind seeing them gone. >.>)

I usually kill whichever target's most convenient in my range. xDD My game lags pretty bad during combat (and most othertimes as well, for that matter...) so it's hard being picky...
I didn't focus on smithing this time around, so I'm still at the point where I can only smith out iron or leather equipments. >_>;; Need more perk points. -_-

I can't wait to kill Arcano. He's annoying me so much.

I can honestly say I hardly ever used smith perks that often. I pillaged my equipment. Aaah....nothing like the time I found a Daedric bow inside an archer's hut. <3 That made my day for real.

@Princess: Oh gosh, what level were you when you found it?? I've only come across a couple of Ebony armor and Ebony gauntlets so far and I'm level 38 I think. I really, really want those Daedric armor. Though I also need those Smithing perks because I have like a pile of dragon bones and scales that I've never used. -.-;

@Kole: What series of fanfiction are you writing? Are they posted anywhere? :o

I have a few ideas for Skyrim fanfictions, but haven't been able to map out a plot and storyline that I like yet. xD;;
