I think... thiiiiink that Bruce Coville had written it. Also, he wrote, Into the Land of the Unicorns and the Return to the land of the Unicorns. Very good stories.

This weather sucks so much. It hovers just above the freezing point and then all next week it's supposed to rain/snow. I don't believe it. I believe the rain part but not the snow. :(
