I love the smell of gingerbread, so yummy ^^

I'm drinking sparkling grape juice at the moment, lol.

we didn't make any gingerbread cookies this year. I was and still am, highly disappointed.

Strangely enough, I don't like gingerbread itself. It's not exactly a tasty dessert. The best part of it is always the sweet icing! But gingerbread flavored candies or crackers always taste good.

It's one of life's mysteries.

I like smelling chocolate. I had some chocolate lotion, but it's almost all gone now.

usually, every year for Christmas, my son and I make gingerbread men. and we don't bake it as long as it calls for so they are soft and delicious! it's torture waiting for them to cool down enough to frost, then waiting for the frosting to set before we eat them. we always make 3 giant ones. we each get one, and Santa gets the third one.

I don't get gingerbread cookies very often, there is this one brand we sometimes buy though, that I love, Anna's I think it is. It's a Swedish gingerbread cookie, their delicious ^^

I think it's the combination that tastes good. Sweet icing would be yucky alone too.

I think what peeps forget is that gingerbread is BREAD! and shouldn't be baked to the point where it is a dried out clay sculpture!

Hmm, perhaps. But even together with the icing, gingerbread never impressed me. It has kind of a sickly sweet taste from the molasses, so I prefer to bake other types of cookies for the holidays instead. Like peppermint or lemon bars!

I like good almond cookies, but then...I love almonds so that makes sense.

I like the Scottish gingerbread, it's more like a ginger cake.

I could probably live on marzipan if nutrition requirements would allow it.

I love almond too, one of my favorite Christmas cookies is spritz, their an almond flavored Swedish butter cookie, we make them every year <3

My dad finds the word marzipan so hilarious he bursts out laughing if anyone says it. But he hates the taste of it. O_o

I miss rum-balls! when I was in college every year for Christmas she'd make me a huge tin of rum-balls!
