And no, I'm too terribly far into the game yet, I got my awesome heli-plane-laser-shooter-thingy of epicness last night though!! lol, that thing from STAG, I can't remember what it's called. But I love that thing so much!!!

Yep! Dragonball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi lets you make a sayian. Only a male, so it's pretty limited but still, the first DBZ game with a CREATE-A-SAYAIN!
