Aya glanced up at him before she shrugged. "Well, I'm sure Lux has her own reasons. But I entered for the prize." She looked away again. "There's someone I know who could benefit from my winning and gaining a certain antidote."

She was quiet for a few moments before she looked back up at him. "What about you? You must have some reason for entering."

Kurama smiled faintly. "These places certainly are unique." He watched the demon for a few more moments before he shook his head. "It's also not often that you find artisans like this one."

Well her reasons seemed genuine enough. Whoever needed the antidote must have meant a lot to Aya, why else would she willingly risk her life? As for his reason for entering, well, Hiei sighed and looked back to the water. "We were forced to enter. Those two idiots you replaced have gone and gotten themselves in trouble." The male seemed less than impressed as he spoke about his team mates predicament.

This looked to be one of the more popular stalls, especially with the female competitors and spectators. Not that she could blame them, they were pretty to look at, but jewelry really wasn't her thing. "What other stalls do these sort of things have?" She asked Kurama, figuring he'd know having been to a few in his time.

Aya snorted and shook her head. "Any idea what happened? Or are the other two the kind that get into trouble all the time?" She stretched briefly, looking back at the waves. She'd known a couple of that kind, the kind that was always getting in trouble, even if they'd done nothing wrong.

Kurama smiled faintly. "Usually weapons, precious metals, talismans and artifacts which are not always real, herbs and pastes, things of that sort. Anything they think will be interesting enough to sell." He shrugged.
