yeah i have some milk in the fridge and some bread in the cupboard..

either or both will help... avoid tomato, citrus, and spicy things... but either drink the milk or eat toast or both :)

Wow, 60 degrees would be freezing here. With it being only in the low 30's outside...

it got down to 28 last night and one of our windows doesn't close all the way, so we have to bundle it up haha

Ooh, that's no good. Heat escapes the cracks of the back door here. That door has large spaces between the walls for some reason. So the kitchen is always chillier.. Lol.
