Sounds good actually, the guinea pig and oysters I mean. lol. I'd like to try them both some day. I wouldn't attempt to fix them myself, my cooking skills are not up to that lol.

Escargot I've heard a lot of people say was nasty or an "acquired" taste. lol.

Well, I'm Korean-Japanese, so I've eaten a bunch of weird stuff. O_o
Shark, squid, octopus, frog, eel, snails, alligator, chicken feet, jellyfish, quail eggs, oysters...even a bit of panda, but that wasn't my fault because my friend failed to tell me I was eating one. :gonk:
You name it, I've probably eaten it. xD
Does caviar count as something weird? xD It's really good. I think every food I thought was "weird" or yucky turns out really yummy. :3

For some reason I never though caviar was weird but some do lol. Ok, I gotta ask, how was the Panda and Shark? I've seen shark for sale at the local store, but it's pretty pricey so I've never got it, and I honestly didn't know people were allowed to serve panda! So I'm really intrigued now lol.

Thanks for sharing! :)

They aren't, quick cuff her! *carries Q U E E N away to jail*

I love trying new things too. A lot of the times it sucks because you have to pay for a whole thing of yucky stuff. I guess it depend on what nationality your from, if it's considered strange or not. In my culture if it isn't Beef, pork or chicken they look at you funny. I've always love attention so I'd be the first one try try something "crazy". I love buffets because you can try a bit of everything so you know what you like when you eat there again.

I've tried lots of the same things that Q U E E N has. Except no Jelly fish or Panda. Also to that list I've tried Rabbit, goat, sheep, goose, duck, Deer, Moose, buffalo, seaweed, Escargot, Ostrich and long pig. *snickers at the last one* I didn't like the Eel very much, I think because it was pickled and I don't like most pickled things. Escargot, I didn't really taste over the mushroom and garlic it was served with so I'm not sure really what it tastes like.

If I had a chance I would try cat/dog. heck..if it's dead and fresh it's fair game IMO. rofl.

I would love to try half the things already posted here, but for me it's a texture thing more then the actual taste of a food that determines whether or not I'll eat it lol. I like to try new foods, but I tell people to wait till after i try it then tell me what is in it lol :P

I don't think I've eaten a lot of strange food...the strangest I can think of is probably eel. In sushi. It's very yummy. :) I suppose eating other types of raw fish could be considered strange to some people too, but I think it's more common than it used to be. And it's delicious!
