Alright then.

The main character is a complete and utter pervert. He meets an Angeloid which will do whatever he wants. And has magical powers. And is a superweapon that it capable of wiping countries off the planet. In the first two episodes, he manages to erase all life from the planet, undo that, then give life to every pair of panties he sees. He uses said power to make a robot out of panties. Someone else gets said power once, makes it so that when he looks at them, they explode.

Yeah. And that's just the first two episodes. It gets much, much stranger.
