A numpty is someone that never has a clue what's going on and is generally a bit of a spacker, and guffy is pretty much the same. Dim-witted. :)

Spacker is derived from the word spastic, and is usually used when someone does something really stupid

There's a commercial here in the US for Sonic where the guy is talking about this burrito taco thing or something and he says "I don't even have tastebuds, we're tastebros." so I always say MY TASTEBROS ARE IN HEAVEN
