i read that you should reast and fast to help the pain/avoid accute apendicitis.
so i have just been sleeping*it's easier to not eat that way*but now my stomach hurts.
so the pain is probably just because i am hungry and not so much lower abdomen pain.

@ Hummy - So you know there is also a chance it could be gas. I know when I was little I had bubbles in my digestive track that caused tons of intense pain...
