Haha, that's not a bad thing. My parents left nearly 24 hours ago. I've left the house once, to feed our pet rabbit. I haven't even unlocked the doors after that.

Ah. That explains it. Cuddles are good though.

its rainy here today so i'll probably only be out for an hour or two at walmart... but then i'll be holed up in my room.

I don't even go to school anymore. I nearly never leave the house. Unless it's racing, picking up my brother from school or going out with friends. Needless to say, I've left the house maybe twice in the past 2 weeks.

Ah, this is my third day in the house in two weeks haha. All my friends have moved away and I don't have any outside hobbies :c

My friends don't go away. I don't see them much though. Last time I saw them, they were on holidays and home alone for a couple of days each. They all wondered how i'm not insane.

My friends have gone off to Uni a year before me since they're all older than me. I'm going to visit my best friend in a few weeks when my college funding gets sorted though! :) Just because you stay in doesn't mean you're insane, if you love your own company it probably keeps you sane.

Ah. Mine all started this year. I was supposed to, but things went wrong and I decided to make it into a year off instead.

I'm not insane. I think. They did point out that I speak more to myself than I speak to other people though.

I couldn't get into uni this year, so I'm applying for next year. I don't want to take a year out because then I wouldn't want to go back into education. I'll be taking my gap year after uni and going travelling since I'll only be around 22-24 at that point (if I stay on to do a masters it'll be 24).

I wanted to take a gap year, but everyone else wanted me to continue with the whole education thing. As you can imagine, I didn't fight too hard to figure out all of the problems that got me the gap year. However, it has made me realize exactly how long we spend doing things that we seem to hate.

If I made a list of all the things I talk to, I'd have a full inventory of both my room and the shed.

@Tntk: The vast majority of your life is spent doing things you don't enjoy. It's very rare for people to enjoy the education system and then find a job that they like. Most people are lucky if they find one that's bearable. Sad really, especially as I don't remember signing up to any of this. The only reason I'm even going to Uni is because my dad wants me to and I don't want to disappoint him.

School was just irritating to me. I never found it particularly difficult, even though I didn't apply myself.

Bucket: It's a shame, really. I've next to no interest in learning anything now. After 13 years of being made to learn a bunch of stupid facts that I am never going to need again, I've just given up on education in general. Those who find a job they like, with people they like are damn lucky. I can't even find a job.

I never name things. I suck at naming.

I never really liked school, I never tried and was picked on by the vast majority of my year, so I dropped out and went to college instead, losing pretty much everyone I spoke to in school. It just shows that the friends you have in school you very rarely stick with.

I know what you mean about jobs, I've been trying for ages to find one and I can't. I need to find one this year though. I need to get some cash behind me for uni, it's so expensive and that's even without the upfront tuition fees.

I'm not really sure what I'm questing for at the moment. I want a big item though, one that takes work to get. So far I'm 17K in. :)

I never liked it, even though I was that kid that manged to be on good speaking terms with everyone, despite being the weirdest in the entire school. I've lost touch with everyone but 4 of them. And one of them dragged my sorry ass onto this site. I still have to thank her for that.

Join the club. I've been trying to find one, just for something to do and so I have spending money. it's annoying, because i'm 18, places are required to pay me more than they would have to pay a 15-17 year old, so they're hiring all of them instead, despite the fact that I have no limits on when I can work.
