im aiming to lose like 10 maybe 15 pounds. get myself back to at least close to the supposed BMI for my height. at least vaguely...

but what you should actually try is mango tea. no sugar and no milk. just straight. get the right kind and it will blow your mind. naturally sweetened black tea. freaken amazing!

I'm 8 lbs away from being in the "overweight" range for my BMI. (Yeah, I'm not skinny at all) I'm really excited to get down there. ^^ I don't know how low it'll get, but I'm hoping to lose 20 lbs at least before swimsuit season.

mango tea cold depends on the brand you get. and what its mixed with. so be careful. its a trial and error things unfortunately.

but my bra size is 30 G. so im not big im just.... well stacked? but its starting to cause back pains and i want to see my waist when i put on clothes!
