You can be loyal without being married. Marriage just complicates things and divorces are messy and expensive. People can accept you, good and bad, without being bound to you for life. It also makes a split easier if you don't have to go through the messy court process too. People grow apart, what you want out of life a couple years down the line may be entirely different from your partners, no matter how loyal you are to each other you might just not fit well. Also, I have no idea why someone would want to go through this if it wasn't even about love, which should have been at the centre of it in the first place.

That's just my opinion though, and I'm not sure how well it's come across in my post (I'm bad at explaining myself) but I do respect yours.

@DD: Green just turns into a horrible colour when it fades, and I also found it pretty hard to get rid of since no colour really covered it properly

@ Tea in a Bucket - True... but it's kind of the governments way of saying "you love this person enough to go through hella expenses to leave them"... it's sorta a security I guess... as personally I would need it since my last partner screwed me over...

My hair basically did not grow for months. I kept having to get my hair cut to prevent dead ends. I know have natural shoulder-length hair. It took a year and a half to grow it this long.

couldn't you dye it black to cover it up or something maybe even auburn, or brown.

@Poet: I don't see divorce as that at all. I see it as drawing it out necessarily. A break up needs to be like taking off a plaster. A quick rip. It hurts, but it's better that than slow and drawn out. Divorce takes time and money, just like weddings. I personally feel a lot more secure not having that. With weddings comes joint bank accounts and merging completely into one, but when it goes tits up (unless you sign a pre-nup) someone is always going to be left without a pot to piss in.

@DD: It's usually not dye that makes your hair fall out, it's chronic bleaching. Most people can only handle their hair bleached twice in a short space of time before it starts crumbling. Even that is pushing it.

I could have dyed it black, but black is pretty much impossible to dye over too, and I wanted bright hair since I'd been black for about a year. Red is also a bitch to get out of your hair because it sinks right into the pigment at the core

@ Tea in a Bucket - While I agree it can make things complicated... I honestly wish marriage didn't have to exist... honestly the people in bible times didn't marry... they slept with them and went "BAM you're my new wife cause i slept with you"... and I think by sleeping with them is really a much bigger "pact" than a marriage... though with the insecurity this world gives people can't do that :(

@Poet: I personally don't see sex as a big deal to be honest. I mean, if you're with someone seriously it is nice to have that intimate bond and things, but in all honesty I see it as a bit of fun. Just because I've had sex with someone doesn't mean I want to commit to them.

It's statements like that which make me sound like a total slut, but I'm not, honestly. xD

I have never dyed my hair and I don't blow dry either so my hair is pretty healthy

What do you think of people who share everything before they get married such as sex, they share bank accounts and love each other and make a promise to be together but are not married just in a committed relationship like that.

@DD: If you use the right protection for you hair (like heat resistance spray and conditioner) your hair can be really healthy regardless of what you do to it. :) Mine is in pretty good condition for the amount of dying and styling I do

Also, I don't see a problem with people that share everything before they get married. I don't see why someone in a committed relationship should be viewed as any less of a couple just because they're not married. It's all up to the individuals :)

I actually have a fetish for taking guy's virginity.
Call me creepy or whatever, I don't care.

But its probably because I lost my virginity a little young (14), and that kindof messed me up for a while because it wasn't on my own terms.

Bucket - It was supposed to be teal, but, I'm still happy with how it came out. And there's a gradient effect, so its kindof teal on the bottom!
