Honestly, belly fat is easy to take care of. Just watching one's diet and performing set (but varying) routines of cardio and strength training will help

@Poet: Yep. I'm well aware. Muscle is something like four times denser than fat. So, I'm actually not that huge. Moderately large, but not a giant. But I'm heavy enough that my BMI is a douchebag. >_<

@Rem: that's why we have a tumblr dashboard workout. What we do every day depends entirely on what our friends decided to post. Time and intensity is set, but there's still a lot of variation.

It has to be a lifestyle change not a diet. Diets typically cause weight gain.

When I say diet I usually mean what one eats throughout the day on a normal basis, not the 'diet' phase thinger

I never kid myself I'll diet, because I like food too much xD

@ Cloud - Oh yeah come to think of it IO have a biological grandpa I never knew because he ditched my grandma. Never bothered to meet him as he made his wife's life really hard by just running off after having kids with her.

Ooh, speaking of siblings, I have an older sister by 5 years who raised me! I luvs my Sissy. I also have 2 older brothers, the younger of the two being an awesome person in the navy, the older of the two is a lazy druggy with diabetes who refuses to actually take care of himself....
