Dentist won't do anything HIM's told them HIM grinds the teeth and they don't pay any attention so when as has happened now HIM's tooth snaps in half due to ginding all HIM gets told is to look after the teeth better.

What part of depession do they not understand the damage has already been done HIM only just manged to drag oneself down stairs at worsst.

a mouth guard would help.

I'm alright hummy... hummy should try chrome and see if it fixes the problem o.o otherwise it might be laggie

@ HIM - Try wearing a mouth guard to sleep. It should reduce the grinding and instead of the teeth it'll just ruin the mouth guard over time.

My friend is a teeth-grinder too so she has a little retainer she wears to bed :)

Well HIM, if it comes then you could be prepared with a mouth guard to protect against headaches. ^^

Did your dentist not offer to give you a retainer? My friend got her one from the dentist

They just ignore HIM when HIM says about teeth ginding.

Just hope you're not allergic to it, like the retainer I was given after having braces. When my dentist saw the roof of my mouth he almost fainted xD

Maybe HIM should go to another dentist? These guys don't seem to be that good at their job to be honest

Try asking for one HIM? If they refuse... maybe your dentist is just a bad dentist...

My dentist is horrible too, I think it's mainly because it's a private practice that take on a few NHS patients and I'm one of the NHS ones. She was horrible about my lip piercings, and I'd heard all that before and make sure that I didn't have bars that were too long or chew them etc. >.>

When I had to get a filling, my dentist said that he MIGHT not use any freezing. And I was like "no thank you I don't want to be able to feel that drill in my mouth" He ended up using only a little bit, and halfway through I had to ask for more ;.;

Poet would chew on them too long or not... poet is a terrible fidgeter of all sorts... chewing, twitching, blinking o.o poet's a mess

I've never had a filling. The most I've had done was fisher seals. I have pretty good teeth :)

I don't have any of my lip piercings in now. I'm contemplating getting my smiley done again but I don't know

Fillings suck. The sound of drills give Dani nightmares to this day

I'm sort of hoping I don't need fillings. All my friends have had to get something done to their teeth (either fillings or braces or whatever) and I'm pretty proud of never having to have any of that xD

None of them seem to want to listen to HIM.

HIM doesn't care anymore HIM's going to demand dental implants. And possibly demand the other top wisdom tooth out.

My wisdom teeth are growing in now D;

I had pretty f*cked up teeth, not crooked, but kind of weirdly formed and I'm missing four adult teeth. Also, my wisdom teeth are set to grow in perfectly sideways, so I'll have to get those taken out. I have scar tissue all up the right side of my inner cheek too, from chewing it into hamburger meat after my first filling.

And I just kind of feel like I'm every second post here lately (as in within the last half an hour or so xD)

I chew my cheeks/lips too! D; I only have one squint tooth. I hate it but you can't really notice it (even though it's at the front) when I smile so I can deal with it haha
