I'm sort of thinking putting it across my collar bone on the right hand side, but I know that hurts like fuck because my last tattoo was really near the bone. Other than that I have no idea haha. As for the meanings there's no real great depth to them. Fate fell short this time is from a Blink 182 song and it's one of my favourite songs by them and they're one of my favourite bands. See you in another life, brother is from Lost which is my all time favourite tv show and it was said by my favourite character and I just think it's nice C:

Hmm, I really think that the "Fate fell short this time" sounds really good, and it would look great there!! Yeah, near the bone sucks... but hey, no pain no gain!! XD Really though, either one would be pretty cool! There's my 2 cents, I vote for the first one! haha
