There was a completely legitimate reason for me doing it. It was Sunny, the pole was extremely thing and it's hard to tell what the glare is coming off when your eyes are mostly shut.

Of course, I happened after I went and saw the hobbit, so Terrible jokes about the 3D were required.

My friends were already laughing. They were ahead so they didn't see it. As one of them said, they heard a "THWANG" noise, then turned around to see me clutching my nose. They saw that i'd cut my forehead and that didn't look too bad. Then I moved my hands away.

Turns out a lot of blood passes through the area between your eyes.

Jeez, not for those with a weak stomach then haha

I guess. I didn't have a mirror when I tried to clean myself up. I left one single line of blood down the direct centre of my nose. It was kind of funny looking.

And we didn't have any ice-packs at the time, se we stopped and bought an ice-cream for me to hold against it. I was quite sad when the doctor threw it out, I wanted to eat it.
