pretty average, but I just think I eat too many foods that stain my teeth. So I am going to cut back on some foods.

Well as my sister says, whatever can stain your shirt can stain your teeth. So probably mustard is one food to cut back on. I am also eating more and more fruit. I will probably do some research on it tonight.

i think eating fruit is worth the stains.
maybe use a whitening toothpaste?
tea/coffee is really tough on the teeth.

I can't do that yet. I have braces so where the brackets are if I use whitening toothpaste then I will have spots on my teeth. So that isn't a good idea until I get my braces off.

I know tea and coffee takes a toll on them. I hardly drink coffee and I admit I do drink quite a bit of tea, so I am gonna cut off on that too and drink more water.

I couldn't live without tea. My teeth are in good condition though. They're pretty white and straight and I don't have any fillings. :) Whoever makes jokes about British dentists haven't had a peep at my nashers!

I don't really think british people have bad teeth. I think american people's teeth are much worse. I have a few gaps and an overbite.[my front teeth kinda cover my bottom teeth.x.x]

Are your front teeth not supposed to sit over your bottom teeth? I thought that was how everyone's jaw worked. :/ I used to have a gap when I was little, but when my adult teeth came in it closed up on it's own. :)

nope but I wear bands and they are suppose to pull my front teeth back and align them with the bottom teeth so I have a nice and tight bite.

I can't live without my tea either! Darn you English family for getting me hooked on good tea!

I live off of peppermint tea due to it helps me sleep better though I will just have to make due with not drinking it as much. I have a diary activity log so I am going to keep track of everything I do.

sorry I got carried away with my story. The atmosphere of my story is just so relaxing I love it. I hope everyone else will love it when I submit it. It will probably get more dramatic eventually though. But anyways...
