Well the man has two children, these are the possible combinations BG BB GB GG, but we know that one of the children is a boy that cut's one of the possibilities GG, so with three combinations left the only one that satisfies the problem is BB which is a 1 in 3 chance! :)

You only specified the Puzzle as What Possibility is it if its a boy. Its a 50 percent chance, my friend. BG, Or BB. there is no G before, even allowing any other possibility. Incorrect, my friend.
