I know this isn't Google, but I wanted to ask anyway, I might get a response from one of you guys. You guys think it's legal to ask a sick customer to leave a restaurant?
A guy came into the club I work at with a herpes infection in his eyes. He kept rubbing his eyes and touching things without sanitizing or washing his hands. It was sick! I had to spray his table and chair with bleach and my manager put on gloves to bus his table, then bleached his coffee cup. It was so nasty!

It is legal to tell him to leave, as there should, and usually is a sign on restuarants, that says they do have the right to refuse service if they don't want you there. And you can gently explain that the reason you don't want him there is because of his obvious infection, which is not just a health hazard to the staff, but to the other customers as well. But I do agree it sounds rather nasty. No one should have to deal with someone like that.

Yikes, that sounds awful, Squidie!
I think that it's legal to ask an infectious person to leave....
Amani is right about the sign. Most restaurants that I've seen have a sign like that so that they have the right to toss out obnoxious people.

It's a public health hazard so it's definitely legal.

As of today, not good at all. The bank I use had atms in the mall near my house, but no others around and no branches. The mall decided to take them out without telling anyone. So I have no access to my bank account anymore and I have a credit card payment due next week. So I'm attempting to figure out what to do

Thanks  My mom offered to let me borrow her bank account so I can make the payment on time. I have the money, so I can put it in her account cause she uses a local bank. That'll give me another month to come up with a solution

I'm probably just going to open an account at a local bank. My Grandpa offered to set up a meeting with his loan adviser at his bank, but I've been with that bank before. I left because I was literally on the phone for three hours with them once, screaming back and forth because the woman was so rude and unhelpful. She finally made this disgusting scoff noise and said 'Is there anything else you want?' So I screamed 'NOT FROM YOU, B*TCH!' and hung up. Needless to say, I went elsewhere lol
My mom says there's a local bank around here with a cash promotion for new accounts. It's like 100 dollars or something if you open a new account with them. I have to find out what the catch it first, of course.

Blegh. I hate this >.< Aries is being kicked out of the house he's been living in for the past couple months, his stepdad is refusing to take him back in the house nearby, and I can't room him either. Fuck this sucks ass >.<

Hey guys...really really sorry for my absence. I've just been in a pissy mood lately. Haven't really had the energy to get on. Though tonight when I get off work I'm gonna do some replies.
Really sorry it's taking me so long!

I got an e-mail from the Disney store. I got so excited that I choked on my gum. ..I had to remind myself that I'm going to be 23 years old this year. ....Am I pathetic? lol

I don't think you're pathetic! I'm only a couple years younger than you and....well. When I worked for Disney World, Animal Kingdom specifically, the few times I got to see the parade on shift, I spent most of it watching the guests. Hafta admit, I cried a few times. I was part of something that really made magic for the kids. Beyond that, when they were doing something of interest, or selling something of interest in the cast stores, I would find them and spazz out, then pout about the damn prices >.<. Luckily before I got terminated I managed to snag a wonderful hoodie. Nice and grey, with an image of Jack Skelington and a gravestone reading The Nightmare Before Christmas on the left side of the zipper with a bigger image on the back. All outlined in a pink-ish purple color. I spazzed when I first saw it and squeed when I finally had the money to buy it. Plus a hardcover notebook with Jack Skelington on it. I happen to like Nightmare a lot.

Cool. A friend of mine works at Disney. Through some kind of intern program. She posts frequent pics and videos.
I'm hoping to either win a Disney trip for my nephews, my boyfriend, and I, but if I don't, I'm going to plan a trip for December or January. It'll be like..2 grand, I think. My boyfriend'll pay for himself, but I can probably convince my Grandpa to split it with me since it's for his Great grandsons. Tristan's been begging me for a while to take him to Disney. No idea why he asked ME, but ya know.
Now that I think about it, though, I guess I can't really say I'm pathetic for being excited over a Disney e-mail. I'm going to spend a large chunk of my life pretending I'm from the 1200's to entertain people >_>;

College Program. Disney loves those. The sad thing though is the college programers pay their way out here, pay to rent a room in an apartment built on disney property, they get paid a dollar less than what the regular full/part-timers got paid, and work waaaaaay more hours than them. I would be paid $7.50p/hr, they get $6.50, plus having to work 40+ hrs a week while I barely got 20hrs per week.
But I wish ya the best for that trip. I'd love to win a free package by disney. Treat my bf and his kids to the whole damn she-bang. Until he started dating me, his kids had NEVER been to disney before, so when he finally got them for the summer, a few years ago, we took them to disney. I gotta say, it was awesome. And his kids atm are 7, 9, and 12.
And thats not pathetic. You're doing something you LOVE. Thats all that matters. I feel pathetic because I got fired from Disney and now I'm gonna be working for Mcdoodles flipping burgers >.<. Honestly I think you got the cooler gig. I like the medieval stuff, but I can never find it around here...I also like cosplay, but I can never afford to go to a convention or even buy the supplies to make my own costumes. (Which I'm not sure Aries knows this yet, but I feel like I may end up getting his kids involved in cosplaying with me too. Lol)

I've cosplayed a couple times. My wedding dress costume cost me 200, I think. All together after everything I bought. I worked on it for quite a while and I wore it to two conventions. It was ridiculous. My friend Chels assigned herself as my attendant. I thought she was being silly and then I walked down to the lobby of the hotel. Three times, she had to go through doors before me so that she could clear the way, she had to hold the dress while I walked, and then spread it out every two minutes when I was stopped for pictures. It was crazy. Then I turned the dress into another costume for a convention three months later. Same deal. Door ways had to be cleared, someone had to hold the gown when I walked, and I had to be escorted so I was sure not to get stuck to things or other people.
My friends and I try to go to at least one convention a year, even if it's the small one around here.

Cool. I may try tho to find clothes I can wear regularly and cosplay in. But there may be a few times I make a costume specifically for cosplaying, or halloween maybe. But still no money to attend the conventions or stay at the hotels >.<
Even the small ones. It sucks major.

Yeah, the hotel can be the worst part. Last time I went, the hotel was free, but one year it was 112 for the hotel alone for each person. Plus the 80 dollars it cost to get in the door. It can be utterly ridiculous.
As for finding cheap costume clothes, search thrift stores. That's where we start. My friend Ash and I sew all the costumes. (She does the brunt of the work, though, and I wouldn't dream of taking credit for all the work she does.) But we decided that we were going to make this for me. I actually found a wedding dress with a train that long at a thrift shop. 4 dollars marked down from 8. And it was beautiful! It was a delicate off white with either a chiffon or an organza(not sure which lol) overlay with really nice lace trim. It was sooo nice. And cheap as heeeeell lol
Thrift stores are really great for costume pieces. It's eerie how close you can get and it's really cheap to alter something rather than make it from scratch.

Niiiiice I really need to find the local thrift stores and such. But I know my friend has been trying to make Yuna's summoner costume.....Been workin on it for 2-3yrs maybe and only got one sleeve done....Rather poorly tho since, even with a sewing machine, she can't cut or sew a straight line to save her life.
