Those are the best ones but I ran into a LOT. (I hope the links worked)
2 of the 3 links worked for me, the nutella one didn't.
The last one in the 3 ingredient foods make me think of a dessert my mom made when we were little.
All you needed for it was chocolate flavored crackers, like graham crackers, & some whip cream.
Then she would put them in the freezer & it was like having an ice cream sandwich.
I'm gonna have to look for the chocolate crackers next time I go to the grocery store.
Sadly I don't have access to youtube videos of it.
Maybe this works: Nutella Star
Home made icecream sandwich sounds tasty...
I hope they are good... I hope to take pictures of the results if I remember and don't devour them instantly
They are really good.
Of course I always liked ice cream sandwiches.
I wonder how they would be with some of the flavored cool whip frosting.
I have some chocolate flavored cool whip, but no cracker to try it on.

Just dip your finger in it.

Tonight neither of us felt like really cooking so it was minute rice & a can of beef stew.
Hadn't had beef stew in a while & then I ate too much of it.
Star ~ that is great.
I keep trying to get my Mom to write down her recipes for me so we don't lose them like we did with my grandmothers recipes.
My parents have just about figured out grandma's recipe for stuffing, but its taken 10 years.
Nobody in my family has kept a recipe book that I know of. There's a lot of improvisation and tending to do differently.
I will begin to learn cooking in a few months. I'll only do vegetarian stuff but I'd LOVE to know how to make desserts so... can I ask y'all for stuff I should try? Starting with easy stuff?
Siren Sonder: ~ Are you going completely vegetarian or just meatless?
Are you willing to use eggs & milk in your desserts?
I have one family member who eat some of one of my desserts & then freaked out because it had gelatin in it.
It also had milk & eggs in it, but she didn't fuss about that.
She claims to be vegan, but I have seen her sneak some turkey when people aren't looking & when her significant other isn't around.
I'm ok with milk & milk products, but no eggs or meat. I know it's difficult to make a lot of desserts without eggs but yeah.
That's kind of sad. I don't know why she's made a choice to be vegan if she isn't completely committed to it. Also I wonder why she made such a choice in the first place if she finds meat irresistible.
That particular dessert was an orange trifle if I remember correctly.
It had orange jello, mandarin oranges & Bavarian creme it was delicious.
Wifey has gone out of her way to make stuff that she would eat in the past, but then no one else would eat it.
I think its a waste of time to try to cater to that one person, they don't seem to care enough to stop making stuff with nuts in it & they all know wifey is allergic to them.
People who don't respect allergies are horrible. You could seriously harm someone
Not to say you can't eat it but at least make sure they know what not to eat
