Thing is sal, i think its hard for a group like that to BE GOOD. because they suffer so much bad reputation, so they end up learning how to defend themselves by boxing, and then they cant get jobs so they live in caravans for cheap and steal for food and belongings. It's an unfortunate circle of events every generation.

The minimum staff needed is 5 and we once had to do a VERY busy shift with 3 when there should have been 7 on D=

Yeah Sal it's sad, but it won't change any time soon. there will always be bad people in every group. Nobody trusts anybody any more so they learn bad habits and how to defend themselves. I can't defend myself and i do trust people but i get scared when people like that get close D=
