Kyo let the stupid girl speak her part and then growled. "Shadow elves don't change their ways! Such things are obserd! Toshiko was the most brilliant elf our forest had ever seen! But she threw it all away... She traded the comforting dark for the burning light. It's why she's so much weaker now... I couldn't even be in the same room as her before, her auora was so strong, so powerful and commanding.... The light has softened her... And I sware that once her real enemies find her... She is in true danger." He said and then finished the food. He paused and then pushed the basket back towards the neko. "Thank you for the food... But if you ever bring anything again, do not bring that star fruit... It can kill shado elves by a mere touch, much less ingesting it." He said trying to cover up his kindness.

"But is it possible that she has changed? I mean... wouldn't you rather see her truly happy then in a dumbed down trance? I mean... how do you know that there's not someone else out there for you Kyo? Maybe there's even someone out there that would make you even more happy then when you were younger with Toshiko." Etta said softly before nodding then paused and looked down unsure of if she should say anything but then looked back tot he male. "Kyo, if you really really care about Toshiko and want to keep her safe... don't try to hurt Miryoku.... I think at this point if one of them were to die the other would probably end up ending it for themselves or die from the heart ache. Well... Miryoku would die if Toshiko were to die because she is bound to Toshiko now..." she sighed as she stared down trying to think but ended up keep looking up to him and it made her heart pound in her chest and her cheeks want to blush but she didn't know why.

Kei growled and shook his head. "She obviously has lost her rational thinking. That I am sure of." he snapped and then waved his hand. "Go annoy other females. I grow annoyed with your round about talking and nonsense. Those who were not born in the darkness will never truly understand what life is like for my kind." he said with disdain, still treating her as the lower life form she was. "If I wasn't sure it would get me killed, you wouldn't be breathing yourself. Now, be gone from my sight." Kei threatened with venom. He hated being out in this sun, he wished to be back in the deep breaches of the dark forest, were the cool calm accepting shadows would show him the power and acceptance that it did for all their people. Not be harsh and unwelcoming like this light from the blasted sun. But it was smart of Toshiko to keep him out in it. It would be very hard for him to ever regain his powers while being in the day light.

"You're not the only one that was born and raised in the shadows of the forest ya know... and like I said... you might want to be nice to me... I'm probably the only one that will care to feed you." Etta said her tail flicking slightly before she took the basket and started to head in kinda wishing he would just listen to her.

(what do you think of having Toshiko and Miryoku coming back in the back like right when she's leaving?)

"you know we have him under lock and key... we don't have to feed him, or talk to him, or even acknowledge him for awhile... why do we need to check on him?" Miyoku asked softly with a bit of a frown clearly having quite a bit of distaste for the male right now. She paused when they got closer though and spotted Etta coming back with a basket.. what in the world was she doing out there with that?
