"Triangulating..." she hesitated a moment, "um... Not so sure about this one Neptune. It's Joker territory..."

"But what if it's someone who is actually needs help?" She debated, "Have the boys on stand-by just in case."

"Ciara this the Joker we're talking about" Oracle argued, "If you're checking it out I'm not sending you alone. You need all the back-up we can call in. Hell, I get nervous when Bruce goes after him."

"Alright... I'll wait."She sat on top of a partly broken bench on the edge of Joker's zone.

((O.o ... check your map again. How did she get through Penguin's area?))

((I was implying that she'd gone the distance and was now waiting for the guys. Yes, she would have))

"Alright, I'll meet them there." She said zooming along the streets passing through Ivy's. She waved as she went by, "Sorry gotta run."

"So where in Joker's area is the signal coming from? Near Arkham, the docks or Amusement Mile- I just wanna know where to meet the boys." She explained heading into Penguin's zone.

"Looks like it's coming from dead inside Arkham, which only concerns me more." Oracle replied, "the things Joker's managed to do with that place before... man, I don't even wanna know what he's done to it now. It's got it's own generator and a back-up generator so he's got all the power supply he'll ever need. You'll be stepping out of the dark ages and back into the twenty-first century so be ready."

"I guess I'll have to trade in my lance for a more classy weapon then, "She teased, "I've never been in an Asylum before... I'm glad the guys are gonna be backing me up. That sort of place gives me the creeps."

"And for good reason" Nightwing commented as he and Robin caught up with her on the far side of Ivy's territory, "That place once held the most dangerous minds that ever haunted Gotham-the world as some would argue."

"Yeah, but they never held you so..." Robin teased the man with a grin, dodging as Nightwing moved to smack him in the head.

Nightwing activated the tech in his mask, looking around, "Penguin's increased his security on this front. Should be fun getting through the-" he paused, his eyes narrowing towards one particularly large thug that was waltzing around. The same thug that had tossed him around before, "Let's do this."

Robin glanced between him and the guy, "Now now Nighty, you know what Batman says about holding a grudge-"

"Yeah, and yet he's still not here, so I'd really rather not hear his dribble from you" Nightwing replied as he swung over to another rooftop.

Ciara watched Nightwing swung off. She coughed and took a step toward Robin, "So... Wanna swing together?" She asked, casually.

Robin looked at her curiously, "I thought you had that whole, riding the water thing now?"

She kinda shrugged, "Well, it's fine up to about 20-25 feet up but the air pressure and winds above that still throw me off.." She stated blankly, clearly making up this bullshit to get out of fly via high.

"... err... kay." Robin replied, then shrugged and wrapped an arm around her, "Alright. Hold on tight and don't look down."

Ciara took hold, raising her eyebrow at the comment, "Mhmm. Just don't drop me this time." She commented.

"Hey, you're still alive" he grinned and took off with her.

"Yeah, thanks to Nightwing." She commented, sticking her tongue out at him, teasing. She held on tight, keeping her eyes closed for a good portion of the ride.

"It's all about teamwork" Robin chuckled. Suddenly a gun fired as someone spotted them, "shit-where the hell did they get night-vision goggles?!" he exclaimed, landing on a three-story rooftop with a large advertising sign for cover.

" There's a kid science store in this area... What? I wandered in the other day. Figured there might be a statue in there..." She stated, looking around the corner and removing the water she'd been keeping in her hair, forming two balls. "Alright, let's make this quick, I'm more curious about that mystery beacon then kicking ass." She said sending the two ball speeding toward the thugs.

Robin nodded, dodging around the other side of the sign and swinging to another rooftop to throw batarangs from the other side, splitting their focus. Nightwing just went straight down into the brawl to kick some ass. With the three of them, the thugs went down pretty fast, but one of them managed to rise the alarm. Penguin knew they were there.

"Better keep moving" Nightwing stated as he and Robin came back to Ciara, "The faster we can get out of here the better."

She high-fived Robin and attempted to Nightwing but then just put her hand down awkwardly "Agreed. If that gross excuse for a man hits on me one more time..." She shivered, wrapping her arms around Robin. "Swing on, Boy Wonder."

Nightwing gave her an odd look. Robin just shrugged and smiled, taking off quickly with her.

Some more of Penguin's thugs managed to spot them, hastily making their way along. It wasn't much use to stay out of sight but rather just move as fast as possible at this point. Thankfully their pursuers seemed to think it was a good idea to stop once they reached Joker's territory.

Ciara shivered, the Asylum seemed to glow in the evening light as it was clear some of the lights were on. "Creepy..." Ciara said, pulling Robin and Nightwing across the channel to the island. Stealth was key here, especially when it involved the Joker. She stood on top her string-ray form, silently moving them closer to their destination. "Well, at least we know none of the mines have drifted in this far." She commented quietly, pulling the boat up on shore.

"Water mines have an anchor that keeps them in the correct relative area so that they don't move with tides and create unguarded areas" Nightwing stated, "I thought you grew up in a school."

"Shut up" Robin stated as he crouched low and moved forward to a closer area with cover and then up to the building itself to peer into the window.

Ciara gave him a look, "Not a military school..." She hushed as they advanced, she slipped her mask on. "See anything Robin?" She asked, watching his back.
