Ciara grinned. She hadn't seen Nightwing and Robin in awhile. It'd be nice to see them again. "Typical home invasion. Nice. Not like I have a lot of experience in that." She joked. Living with the X-men, she was use to the home being invaded. From dinosaurs, mutants, the army. You name it, it have gotten into the mansion. "Sure thing, I'll have Pietro zoom over some things." She stretched her arms over her head, "It'll be a nice warm up. I haven't seen any action in so long. I was starting to go squirrly."

Batman smirked a little, "I figured you could use the vacation. Here are the schematics, plan your entry, you have five hours."

She grinned, "It's nice to have someone who gets you like you do. Now... let's see..." And she got to work, moving things along on the hologram screen, "I'll need to take Nightwing and Robin out first...Aqua Lad has those water magic powers, that'll be fun... Oh, this looks like a nice entry point..."

The teens having a movie night; slasher/horror films. Popcorn, soda, the whole works. It seemed they were celebrating.

"Oh come on! She totally should have seen that coming." Artemis yelled at the TV.

"Actually if this instance was real, she would have left the island half an hour ago" Robin commented.

"That flesh-eating toxin would've killed that guy, not just left him disfigured like that" Kid Flash added.

"Why doesn't she just fight him?" Super boy questioned, rather confused, "his fighting skills suck."

Miss Martian giggled, "Always the bronze with you." She popped a piece of popcorn into his mouth.
"For us, the choices would be easy but for citizens it is much closer to this portrayal of events."

Suddenly, the lights began to flicker and then blackened.

"What's going on?" Miss Martian jumped.
"A power outage?"
"Back-up power should be on shortly," Aqua Lad commented.

"We have our own generator" Robin frowned, "what would make it go down in the first place?"

"Good question" Nightwing got to his feet, "There's no storm or anything. We'd better check it out."

"But the moooovvviiieee" Kid flash whined, "it was getting good"

"I thought you said it was unrealistic" Super boy gave him an odd look.

"Yeah, but it's a movie. You can suspend your belief of reality to a degree" Kid Flash shrugged.

The back-up lights turned on, giving the place a reddish glow.
Artemis grinned, "Like you do everyday?" She commented.
"Perhaps it blew a fuse?" Aqua Lad suggested. "Nightwing and Robin, perhaps you should go check the generators and I'll take the others to check the fuse box.

Nightwing nodded, "Good call Aqua Lad, lets go."

"Aww man" Kid Flash sighed.

The team broke off. It was kinda scary, having watched a bunch of horror films and now watching through the blinking red lights in the hallway.

When Nightwing got to the generator, not only would he find it tempered with but Robin would be nowhere in sight. Having been grabbed quietly by a tentacle of water and pulled into another room where he was knocked out, tied, gagged, his utility belt removed and shoved into a closet which was then locked and blocked with various pieces of furniture.

"Evening Nightwing. <3" Before Nightwing knew what was happening, a pair of lips were against his with a rather nice sleeping agent lip gross Ciara had gotten from Poison Ivy. 10 seconds to work. String ray pulled back and giggled, "My you're grown." she commented sweetly, acting much differently then her usual self.

As soon as the lips touched his Nightwing grabbed Ciara and pulled her into a binding hold against the wall, "You... what... damnit" his eyes rolled back as his strength failed him and he slipped to the floor but not before he touched the alarm on his belt, "team... get... uhg"

Ciara grinned, "Two down... This is most exciting." She picked up the com, pushed the button, cleared her throat and cackled into it, the creepiest laugh she could come up with.

"How about.... we play a game?" And she laughed once more before dropping the com, and hiding Nightwing in a nearby closet before slipping into a air duct. Nightwing would be out for at least 2 1/2 hours. Maybe more depending.

The team soon appeared at the generator.

"Nightwing! Robin!" Aqua lad yelled. "Miss Marian anything?"
"No, I can't pick them up. They must be unconscious."
"We're under attack. And me without my bow." Artemis cursed.

"Childern, look-" Red Torando's voice came over the coms and soon was silenced. Red Torando lay in the control room disabled. As Ciara quickly placed her hacker ray on the control panel and the whole being went on lock down.

"What is going on?!" Kid Flash exclaimed, "I thought this system was supposed to be unhackable"

"Evidentally, we were wrong" Superboy replied, his hands balling into fists. "Wolf, the intruder was in here. Find the scent."

Wolf smelled around and stopped at the ventilation shaft as soon as his nose touched the grid, green smoke came from within flooding the hallway.

"Tear gas." Miss Martian called, grabbing everyone and fading through to the next hallway before it hit the rest of them. Wolf whined, getting the best of the gas.

"Whoever is here, they must be or near the control room, that's the only way to lock down the base." Aqua Lad explained, "Let's hurry."

"Wolf" Superboy frowned, seeing his friend get gassed, he was quick to refocus his anger and charged down with an angry yell the hall to find the intruder.

"Super Boy wait!" Whoever this was, was trying to separate them. "Hurray. We can't break up."

Miss Martian and the other followed but the door to the control room slammed behind Super boy.

Ciara stood over Red Tornado and slowly turned, "Would you like to play a game?" She asked, grinning.

Miss Martian tried to fade through the wall but was sent flying back. "Kid Flash, don't touch it! It's been electrified!" Aqua Lad warned.

Superboy took a ready stance, "Whoever you are, you picked the place" he glared, charged forward and throwing punched.

"How do we get in?" Kid flash questioned.

Artemis checked on Miss Martian, "She's out cold."

Ciara laughed, dodging his blow and pulling out a little green stone, "How long can Super Boy last against my little green stone?"

"What?! How did you get that?" Superboy demanded, coming at her again although without nearly as much vigor.

"We gotta get in there" Kid Flash stated, doing a quick run around, "that's the only door."

Aqua lad turned, "Artemis, stay with Miss Martian. Kid Flash, we're going through the air ducts."

"A little bat gave it to me." She dodged him and pushed hard on his pressure points around the neck.

"AAARRRG" Superboy dropped to the floor.

"That didn't sound good" Kid flash looked at the door, then sped to the air ducts.

Once on the floor, Ciara jumped him and pushed several more, making sure he couldn't move his limbs...

Moments after Aqua lad had climbed into the vent and followed Kid Flash through, the doors to the control room opened. A thick cloud of smoke came out. Artemis looked on, "Super Boy, is that you?" She half whispered.

Seconds later, several small darts came flying at Artemis as a figure came sliding on their knees out of the smoke, gas mask on. Artemis had no problem dodging the darts and charged at the figure. She was a foot away when she felt something hit her back. The darts had been covered in water, giving Ciara full control over their movements.

Artemis stumbled forward, "Oh crap." And fell into Ciara's open arms. Ciara pulled out the dart and set Artemis carefully against the wall before running off, giggling to herself. This was actually rather fun.

Kid flash hopped down from the vent into the room and did a quick spin around to get rid of the smoke, "where did she go?!" he demanded angrily.

Aqua lad looked around, checking Super Boy's pulse. Out cold. It seemed this intruder wasn't on a kill mission. But what were they after? And then spotted Artemis, "Artemis!" He called, racing down the hall. He checked her pulse. Out cold as well. "It would seem this intruder is toying with us... Come on Kid Flash. We must find this intruder and stop them!"

"On it" Kid Flash nodded, "But... question. Where do we look?"

"Maaarrrrrrcoooooo..." Came a faint voice. "Marrrrrcoooo."
Aqua Lad headed down the hall a bit, "...polo? This way. But stay with me, she's taking us all out one by one."
