"Alright girls, enough is enough!" Pietro was saying as he kept trying to get himself away from about ten female ninjas, "I know I'm hot but I'm taken!" he dodged a sword just in time as he heard Ciara calling, "Over here Ci!" he yelled back, making a B-line for her but again skidding to a halt as the ninjas appeared to block his path. Any civilians were running away by now.

Ciara slammed on the breaks as several darts flew past her face. They were trying to keep them divided. "I won't be taken again." She hissed as her body lit up, right below her were several water pipes that led to the water fountain. With the wave of her hand, the concrete broke and a large water dragon formed, shielding herself from more darts.

If there were ninjas here, that meant Ra's al Ghul.

At that moment the glass sunroof shattered an a massive black form came crashing down right on top of Ciara. Black Beetle seized her by the neck with a grin, "You're coming with me."

Ciara gasped for air, having had the wind knocked out of her. She narrowed her eyes. So this was the infamous Black Beetle,"Black Beetle, I...presume." She puffed, trying to keep everything to stay focused. One of her hands gripped at his hand, while the other tried to gather the water up again.

"Meow."
"Teekl not now, Daddy's forming a large-" Klardian opened his eyes and pouted, "No fair! I'll never get to use this spell..." He smirked as he turned toward Pietro, "Maybe I will..." He gathered a large amount of energy and threw it at Pietro

Black Beetle squeezed his hand a little tighter around Ciara's throat, depriving her of air to knock her out, "And here I was hoping for a challenge." he commented disappointingly.

Pietro was paying more attention to Ciara than anything else so when the energy came at him he barely had enough time to try and evade. It crashed into a couple of the ninjas who quickly disappeared after and unfortunately it just managed to trip up Pietro and send him flying through a display case.

She grit her teeth 'Focus, Ciara... Focus!' The gem on her forehead began to glow as her freckles began to glow brighter. Water formed around Black Beetle forearm and with a quick fist movement, his forearm began to bent, much like holding onto a twig and snapping it in two. And soon the sound of cracking could be held.

'Just a little bit... longer...'

Black Beetle's suit began to exude heat, making the water evaporate at it touched him. Though the metal creaked his grip held firm.

She grit her teeth, the steam floated upward above Black Beetle's gaze and gathered together with a rather large spike of water that was forming, several feet away.

With one last burst of strength she swung her arm and the spike charged forward, gaining such speed that when it collided with Black Beetle's shoulder there was a loud crack as it dislocated his shoulder.

"Hmm... Come out come out where ever you are... You little humming bird. Teekl's hungry." He taunted floating through the window.

Black Beetle took off with Ciara.

Pietro groaned, staggering to his feet among the broken glass. As Klardian came into view he quickly sped out and around, aiming a fierce punch at the back of the boy's head.

But before Black Beetle did so. He was forced to release her due to the sudden attack at which point Ciara fell to the ground like a rag doll. The great beetle stumbled back a bit as a member of the light stood forward.
"A woman is like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water... " Ra's al Ghul quoted, walking through the broken glass, water puddles and ripped concrete. He picked her up and stood before the warrior. "As per our agreement, the Light has once again supplied you with what you have asked. May our friendship continue as such." He said handing her over after the Large warrior's shoulder snapped back into place.

Klarion stumbled back, "How DARE YOU, MOrtal!" He roared, throwing several racks of clothes at him.

"Klarion, that is enough. The detective has been spotted near here." Ra's al Ghul walked though the entrance to the store. "You have fought bravely, but you have failed to protect what is really important, young one."

Pietro dodged the racks of clothing, breathing heavily and wiping a touch of blood from his brow where the glass had cut him, "Who the hell are you?!" he demanded, glaring at Ra's al Ghul, "Hey! Get back here! Bring her back!" he yelled after Black Beetle who had taken off up through the open roof. Pietro went to speed by Ra's to try and follow the beetle.

Ra's simply stepped in his way and raised his knee at the final moment before Pietro pasted him. The two slide a few feet due to Pietro's sped but Ra's had hit his mark, a knee to the stomach. "I am the one who will bring this world into a new era. And you boy, are in the way." He slammed Pietro to the ground before walking over to Klarion who had created a portal.

Pietro gasped and dropped to the floor as the wind was knocked from his lungs, "ah-I... ow" he finally caught his breath and turned to see Ra's and Klarion heading into a portal, "damnit, NO!" he yelled, his body springing to action as every muscle went into full speed towards the portal.

The portal began to close, it was about the size of a large bouncy ball when Pietro reached it, would he jump into the unknown and stop?

Pietro dove without a second thought. He'd never catch up to Black Beetle so this was his only way of finding Ciara and he was not going to let it pass by.

A few seconds before Pietro jumped, Batman, Red Torando and several of the Young Justice members came running around the corner. Aqua Lad yelled for him to stop, Robin and Batman both threw small devices at Pietro, hopping to hit him with a tracker....

Pietro found himself in what felt like a whirlpool, spinning him round and round again but unlike a whirlpool instead of water it was fire. Warm fire, wrapped around him pulling him this way and that.

"Hmm?" Klarian turned and grinned, "It would seem we have a stray following us."

Having traveled this way before, the two were familiar on how it was done and were walking through the fire while Pietro on the other hand was being pulled this way and that.

"Either he is very brave or very stupid... Bring him. The Light may have a use for him." Ra's replied.

Klarion's body morphed and stretched over to where Pietro had gotten stuck. He was tall, slender and black with reddish eyes and burning black hair and black horns, "Egnahc sehtolc otni sgnidnib" The fire around Pietro turned into chains and bound him.

Pietro struggled, "Get off me you red eyed son of a pig!" he snapped at the prince of chaos, "Where's Ciara?! What are you going to do with her?!" he twisted and jerked, attempting to right himself enough to kick Klarion in the face.

The Chaotic Prince dragged Pietro rather forcibly as he returned to his normal size and punched Pietro in the face, before grinning widely, "You really should be more worried about what will happen to you.." Teekl grabbed Pietro by the back of his shirt and part of the chain and dragged him along behind her master.

"I would stop struggling if I were you, boy. Unless you want to be lost here for all eternity.."

He glanced around, it certainly did not seem like a good place to spend the rest of his life... there was no Ciara here.
"What is this place anyway?" Pietro couldn't help but question.

"My domain...Or at least the gateway..." Klarion replied rather wickedly proud. "Ah, here we are." And with a wave of his hand, another portal appeared before them. They existed the alternate dimension and into a rather dark lit room.

"My friends. Our request from the Reach has been for filled-"
"Ra's al Ghul. Why have you brought this boy with you?"
"Do you not recognize him? He is Quick Silver, heir to the Genoshian throne. Son of the mutant Magneto. I thought he might be of some use..."
"Well done."

Blinking, Pietro stared into the dark room, trying to get his eyes to adjust, "uhh... you do know that Genosha doesn't have like... royalty thing, uh, going on right? Pretty sure I'm not gonna inherit an island when he dies..."

There was silence and then an uproar of laughter. "Ah, how little this young prince must think of himself..." Came a woman's voice. "For him to fail to see where this true potential lays...and how others must see him..." A woman stepped forth, covered in gold, she reached down and raised his head up, "If Magneto asked would your people not take up arms, would they not lay their lives down to protect their homes?... It may not be written in stone but those people have a king and you young lad, are an heir..." She whispered, working her magic on him.

"uhh... I... I guess they... would" Pietro blinked, staring at her, "you're pretty... like Ciara..."

"Mmmm, I bet I am." She ran a hand through Pietro's hair, "And how handsome you are, young prince..." The chains were released, "Come, walk with me... and tell me more about yourself." She wrapped her arm around his.
A deep voice rang, "Looks like you lost the bet, Lex." Black Manta smiled under his helmet.

Pietro trailed after Queen Bee, although he hesitated, glancing away from her, "But... wait... there was a reason I came here..." he looked puzzled, "I'm looking for someone"

"Such a shame" Lex shrugged, "I suppose I can't be right about everything"
