The robots lowered their arms but the computer argued, "Caution, Batman is still a threat."

"uhg..." his mask had been half blown apart and Bruce opened his blue eyes halfway to look at her. "Get... away..." he lifted his hand to grab her arm and push her off but his grip was pretty weak and his hand soon flopped back down to the ground.

"I know Computer but I have to keep him alive." She stated, "Don't you dare!" She rushed to the other room were a emergency paddles and med kit lay. She set up the paddles, "CLEAR!" She yelled shooting Bruce with a volt of electricity. "BREATH!"

His eyes snapped open and he gasped for breath, choking a little as he coughed up a bit of blood and rolled over onto his knees as he tried to catch his breath.
Barely balancing on his hands and knees, Bruce lifted his gaze to try and make out his surroundings but his eyes were completely bloodshot at this point as his hands were trembling uncontrollably. "where..." he began, and then started a bit of a coughing fit.

"Wayne Enterprises. Stay still. You're wounded badly." She said starting to tend to his wounds. "You've lost a great deal of blood."

His eyes slowly turned to her, staring a moment as she began to reach out to him when suddenly he grabbed the paddles of the med kit and set them off on her.

She flew backwards onto her back, twitching and gasping, her heart rate running rapid. She'd never been electrified before. The amount of water in her body was much higher than normal people...

`Com-com-com-computer` she tried to say but nothing came out. It was like everything had slowed down. She managed to push her belt buckle before she found she was blacking out.

Robin was hovering over Ciara when she came back around, "Ciara? Come on Ciara, Ciara?!" he begged, hoping she was still alive.

`Mmmmm...` She moaned, suddenly she took a deep breath and grabbed ahold of Robin, `Wh-Where`s...` she started before flopping back, her body heavy.

"Easy, take it easy" Robin told her gently, "you got shocked, you need a moment. Just relax, you're safe."

But she wasn't thinking of herself. She was thinking of Batman. He was badly hurt, was he still there? Had they given him the antidote? Her throat was so dry it almost felt like it was burning. She rolled onto her side, her head up against Robin, "Water..."

"Yeah, I figured you'd need some" Robin nodded as he held some up to her lips for her, "How are you feeling?"

Ciara drank the water greedily, finding it bringing moisture back to her throat, "Like someone dropped a toaster in a bathtub..." She sat up slowly, rubbing the back of her head, "Where's Batman?"

"He got out" Robin shook his head, "I couldn't stop him. Nightwing's trying to track him down with the antidote now but... if there's anything Batman knows how to do, it's how to hide in Gotham."

"Was he still bleeding when he escaped?" She asked starting to get to her feet, "Cause I was trying to bandage him up after I shocked him back to live."

"Yeah, he looked pretty injured" robin admitted, "which means he's gonna have to find a place to hold up and path himself back together... Oracle-"

"I'm on it" Barbara replied, "Lets see how many clinics nearby that are still in tact...."

"He probably doesn't have much time left..." She took a deep breath, checking herself over. Everything seemed to be alright or at least for the most part. She slipped on her mask, "When this is over, he's gonna owe me a nice dinner." She mumbled, heading up the stairs.

"Woah woah woah" robin grabbed her wrist, "where do you think you're going? You nearly died!" he exclaimed.

"he's right, your pulse is still unbalanced" Oracle commented, "you need to rest so your body can get back into rhythm"

"Well, Bruce already died tonight and if he dies again I'm gonna kick him..." After a moment, "...Fine! I'll go rest in the other room. Now get your ass moving, "She said giving Robin a slap on the butt before heading into the other room.

Robin blinked, with a hint of a blush as he took off.

Ciara curled herself up in the blanket on the bed and rolled onto her side. "Keep me in the loop Oracle."

"Like hell. Rest. I'm turning your com off" Oracle replied.

"Awwww. Big Meanie." She whined before getting comfy and resting as ordered.

Oracle sighed and sat back in relief. It was so much easier working with Ciara. She, at least, didn't completely ignore her own personal health and safety.

After a few hours, she woke up and went to the other room to get some more water. "Any luck?" She asked, before drinking a full glass of water and then refilling it.

"None" Oracle sighed, "robin and Nightwing have checked everywhere, there's no sign of him. how are you feeling?"
