"It'll be fine" Charles assured her, "We both understand that it wasn't you"

"M'k...What happened after I ghosted?" She asked.

Charles explained everything.

"Oh wow... So Magneto, he's lost his powers? That's rough."
"Is Super Magneto not feeling well?" Luke asked, having cuddled up to Violet on the bed and dozed off for awhile.

"He'll be okay" Charles assured, "he just won't be able to move metal anymore"

"But let's keep that little fact to ourselves ok?"
"GASP. Top secret information?!" Luke sauled, "You can count on me Chief... Oh! I'm gonna make get better drawings." Luke ran over to his bag and pulled out a pad of paper.

"Oh? And where are my get better-"
"Night stand."
Violet looked to her side and picked them up, "You're getting better every day. What's this one here?"
"Hm?" He looked up from his crayons," He got up and walked over, "Oh, that's you and Charlie."
"Uh huh... Why am I in a white dress?" She asked smirking a little bit.
"...No reason..." Luke looked away innocently. Violet pulled him close and tickled him.
"You little trouble maker you."

Charles blushed a little, "Well, uh, I'm hungry, do you want me to get you something?"

"Soup of some kind would be great. Not tomato tho. Hey, do I get a kiss before you go?" Puppy dog eyes.

Charles smiled and gave her a kiss before heading off and then returning with a few bowls of soup, delicious potato, leek and bacon and a roll on the side.

"Mmm. Kisses make the healing work quicker."

The doctors were giving Violet a look over when Charles came back.
"One more night and I think we can let you go home."
"Thanks Doctor...Oh, soup!" She perked right up.
"Do I get some?" Luke asked, tugging on Charles' pant leg, holding a drawing in his hand.

Charles gave Violet the soup, then plucked a smaller bowl from the tray and gave it to Luke, "Of course" he smiled.

"Mmm. Thank you Charlie." He said as he walked very carefully over to his seat. "Vio, when you're better will you take me to see Magneto so I can give him his pictures?" He asked shyly.

"I don't see why not? I'm sure your pictures will cheer him up." She rubbed his hair, "Now eat your soup while it's still warm."

Charles sat next to Violet again, he was still concerned for her, though he was trying very hard to hide it, "So... you're feeling better?"

"Mmmm? I think so, the soup really helped I think... Though," She aimed her palm at the night side table, nothing happened, "I think I've overloaded my powers a wee bit. Doctor says they should come back as I recover. Feel pretty weak and sleepy." She leaned back into the pillows. "Thanks for taking care of Luke, it really means a lot to me..."

"Well as much as I'm sure Logan wouldn't mind, I can't let him be raised by wolves" Charles chuckled. Petting her hair for a moment he stood to leave, "We should probably let you rest now though. Common Luke"

Violet laughed. "But I always wanted a live action jungle book." She leaned into his hand. She likes having her head rubbed.

((Ummmmm..... Horatio waking up? >< So many people out cold. Oh. Is he gonna be able to see since his powers are out? O.O))

Max had disappeared again but Horatio was still around. He didn't have much choice anymore with the lack of powers and... well... being unconscious. It was a few days before he finally came around again.

Ciara had spent every spare min she had in the room with Horatio. It had gotten to the point where she'd just simply moved the playpen into the room.

Max had taken a liking to Hortaio even though he was asleep. He lay in Ciara's arms as she rocked back and forth and just watch Horatio sleep before Ciara blew on his belly which made him giggle with glee.

The afternoon Horatio had woken up was the afternoon, Max refused to go to sleep. It got so bad that Ciara had no choice but to sit on the bed so that Max was close to Horatio. She sighed, her back against the backboard.

Little Max yawned and whipped his little arm out, hitting Horatio. It was this action, that seemed to stir the sleeping black rose.

"Horatio?" Ciara asked, a little surprised by Max's arm whipping out but was more surprised that Horatio seemed to awake by it.

"mmmnnn..." Horatio stirred, his eyes slowly blinking open, "where am I?"

"You're in Eric's mansion on Genosha. How are you feeling? You hungry? You feel sick?" Ciara was trying to stay calm. She wanted to make sure he was alright.

"I uh... little dizzy, but I will be alright" he sat up, shaking the cobwebs from his mind. His eyes were no longer that strangely brilliant silver but rather more of an overcast bluish grey. He felt little Max there and reached towards him, "Who's this?" he asked, "one of your twins?"

Ciara smiled, "Nope, This is silly little Maxie Waxie." She picked him up and headed over to the playpen. "He's been rather interested in you since I brought him into the room. You actually woke up after he smacked you with his arm." She placed a blanket over him in the playpen. "Little guy's all tuckered out. The twins have taken quite the liking to him." She came back over and sat down on the bed.

"Do your eyes feel different? Cause the colour is different from before."
