"oh... oh I'm sorry x.x" Loki apologized, "I'm sure that's not it at all, heh ^_^; That's really just my opinion after watching these apes for a few thousand generations. I suppose I could be wrong..." he seemed skeptical even saying it, "I mean, obviously someone out there must have been real and honest with you...."

"Maybe..." She got up, "Come on Coco." Coco turned small and climbed up on her shoulder, "We can't stay here anymore. Th-Thank you for your insight, Loki. I think I'd like to be alone for awhile." she said before walking away. She couldn't go back to the school.... not after what happened

"Alright" Loki sighed and waved, "Do call if you ever want some company. I don't have many people to talk to these days" he turned back to the clearing, almost a bit depressed. With a deep breath and smiled again and began conjuring up something new to play with.

A few days later, in a small highway restaurant. She sat spaced out, stirring her cup of coffee.

She sighed and whispered, "Maybe I should have ask Loki to come..."

"Pancake platter with sausage," spoke the waiter as he set it down in front of Ceres.

"Hm? Oh, thank you." She said softly. She just ordered the special, not really knowing what that actually was. Pancakes... Eric and Pietro really seemed to like her pancakes... or was that just because of her magic slipping out... cloaking their judgment?

Coco was sleeping inside a large duffle bag and only awoke when Ceres dropped the sausage in.

The waiter then proceeded to sit across from her int he booth, "So, how are things going?" Loki asked, fully dressed in the waiter garb.

She looked up and a half smile came across her face, "Loki. :)" She poked at the pancakes, "It's... it's going alright, I guess. I had a couple close calls with some guys in a bar last night. But I guess as good as it could get, with all things considered..." She said trying to be positive.

She sighed, "But honestly, I'm terrified. I've never been on my own. On the road, moving from place to place. I... I don't know where I'm going to go... Maybe to the Magic capital across the ocean, where people grow up around magic...I don't know."

"Why stay on earth at all?" Loki shrugged, "there are many different realms to choose from, many different species. Who's to say that what you're looking for has ever been on Earth?"

Ceres looked up, "Leave e-earth?...I've never done that before, I don't think..." She touched her hand to her chest and clapped her hands, a very old leather bound book appeared in her hands, it almost looked like some kind of plant material. She moved her plate out of the way and started looking through it.

"....Japan...Africa....Oh, I have been to the dream realm..."

"ooo, lovely place" Loki nodded, "but have you ever been to Vanaheim? Wonderful place, right next door to Azgaurd-but of course I can't really take you there. My father would blow a casket. Then again that'd be hilarious" he thought about it.

"Vanaheim?...No I don't think I have. As...as long as you promise to keep who I really am a secret. I've had more than a life time of problems related to who I really am..." She smiled, "Then I'd love to see this realm with you."

Loki clapped his hands and suddenly Ceres was beautiful blond woman, dressed in Azgaurdian clothing, and he was back to himself, "You'll fit right in" he smiled.

Ceres got up, "...Wow..." Coco hopped onto her shoulder as Ceres was checking out the clothing. "It's...so beautiful."

"Only the finest illusions for my friends" Loki stood along with her, "it even feels real. Just don't knock me out or the whole thing vanishes" he chuckled.

She blushed, "You mean I'd be naked?" She whispered not liking the sounds of that.

Loki laughed, "No, no, no, you would just go back to what you were wearing before."

"Oh... good." She sighed, "So...how do we get there?"

"That's the fun part" Loki held out his hand for her, "Have you ever been to the Bermuda triangle?"

"I don't think I have." She took his hand after a moment.

"Teleportation's a little trickier than my illusions, so bear with me here" Loki pulled her in close and the two of them were wrapped in a shroud of green smoke. Soon they stood on an island in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle. The water around the island was peacefully calm for the first twenty feet or so, and then it was a pure violent storm for as far as one could see beyond. The island was small and held only a cave that lead into darkness.

"Oh my..." Coco poked his head out of Cere's cloak hood, and hissed at the storm. He didn't like water.

Loki let her go, though kept a hold of her hand to lead her into the cave, "Travelling between worlds has to be done a different way. There are a few choice ways, this one is quite thrilling." he brought her to the edge of what looked like a bottomless pit, "Shall we?"

Ceres followed and moved behind Loki, "I...I don't like heights."

"Do you trust me?" Loki asked, looking at her earnestly.
