"I couldn't possibly make things worse" Loki reasoned, "At best I make your world a better place, at worst, I unite the planet against me." he shrugged, "either way, I'm bringing people together" he laughed lightly.

"Well...everyone needs a hobby. I'll do my best to help you in your quest, my lord, "She twirled her hand around before bowing.

Loki took her outstretched hand and spun her in towards him, "You, M'lady, are the last person I want bowing to me"

Ceres turned bright red, "D-duly noted."

It took just over a week for Pietro to get all the fabric he needed from his friend and then he was finally able to put the new garments together which took another day. So about twelve days later Loki had his new wardrobe.

Loki had been right about the fabric of course, it was spectacular and with any luck would steal a look of jealousy from any passing Asgardian. It brought a smile to his face to wonder what Odin would think, adorned from head to toe in the rarest fabric in all the nine realms. But of course, he was getting a head of himself again. First thing was first, he had to give Odin a reason to look.

The god had known that Midgaurd was in a rather disastrous state but as he did more research into it the full gravity of the situation began to settle in. There were countless colonies-or countries as they liked to call them, across the globe who all demanded to be independent from one another. Each one horded it's own resources to itself, even though it was obvious that one resource was not enough for them to survive with.
Most places did trading with each other but it was never fair and it was horribly ineffective. The more he searched for a peaceful way to unite the people of Midgaurd, the more impossible it seemed. He would have to tear down the whole regime of the planet and build a new. He needed a cataclysmic event that no human could escape from alone, something that made them desperate enough to unite with him as their leader.

People would have to die, but how could he sell that to Ceres?

Not to mention these mutants. Finally it seemed that the human race was growing into something useful but no doubt they would cause problems. Shield, the x-squad and others would resist and without his magic that would be a problem. He needed an army, but from where? The ice giants weren't his biggest fans anymore, not to mention the Avengers had put a stop to that tactic as well. Though would they have been able to do so without Thor being involved? Earth would be a much easier target if Asgard stayed out of the way.

This was going to take some time, and magic. Damn did he need that magic!

Another two weeks passed as he searched for the answers. There of course was the other issue of if Ceres discovered the truth behind her incident at the school. How would she react, knowing that their friendship was all a ploy?

"No, see the mouse button. That's like your index finger. You point and click with the mouse to select what you want. Not throw the keyboard across the room and demand it give you what you want."

Things Loki were going to need to understand, Money and Tech. If Loki were to try and untie the world, he's best bet without magic was through power of money. It was the way this world worked, unfortunately. Thought the thought of Loki ruling over the world was not an ideal she really liked. He had good intentions and he did have several good points. This world was going to destroy itself without someone stepping in to pick up the pieces soon.

Ceres sat beside Loki, showing him how a desktop computer works. He'd used a lighter and had set the Computers for dummies book on fire. Not liking the title of the book. Ceres had tried to explain that it was not a book for stupid people but a similar way to explain things but he wouldn't hear it. So here they were.

"What is the purpose of this magic if it doesn't obey your commands?" Loki demanded. Of course, all the Asgardian advancements were a combination of technology and magic, they were one in the same thing essentially-and all voice activated for the most part.

"It doesn't have a brain it can't think for you. If you click it, it opens, if you push the closed button, it closes the window. It can only understand you through clicks of the mouse. "

It took awhile but eventually Loki started getting the hang of things. Still, he had decided that this was the most ridiculous thing he had ever witnessed.

"When you get the hang of that, I'll teach you about cell phones and tablets." She said heading outside.

While she left him to it, Loki eventually became curious enough to try the google again. Typing carefully he searched his own name.

He spent hours reading this 'Wikipedia' and many of the links that were attached about Thor, Odin and the others. By the time Ceres returned he looked troubled and irritated.

"You ok?" She asked, sitting down and brushing out her long pink hair. Apparently she'd gone and had a shower and was wearing a long sleeved pink nighty.

"This is... ridiculous!" Loki exclaimed, "This, this is what the human race thinks of us?" he gestured to the screen, "It is nothing but sex, war and bickering."

"Loki!" She got up and crawled onto the bed, "You aren't ready for the internet... And wikipedia is NOT a place to get your first hand info... Thought it's a good place to start- oh my..." Ceres had leaned over and was clicking out of a window and found a rather sexy fan art of Loki half dressed, lounging on a bed on her desktop. "Why..." She looked toward the ceiling, "Why is that on my desktop wallpaper?

"I was trying to figure out where it came from and it ended up there" Loki replied in all honesty.

"And these?" She asked, pointing at several pictures of him using her webcam to reenact the picture.

"... ummm... even I do not have an excuse for that"

"Did... did you even REALIZE you were also recording yourself?" There was a video of Loki talking sweet nothings into the web cam as he posed sexyfully.

"Is this what you want? You naughty-" Ceres slammed the laptop shut, cheeks bright red, "No more laptop for you!"

Loki blinked, "it records?"

"I'll make you feel like a goddess-" Came the little voice from her laptop before it went into sleep mode.

"No... this video is clearly fan made." She was beyond embarrassed. Great, she had protentionally God softcore on her laptop. "This is WHY I wanted you to read the bloody BOOK! I'm, just...bye." She turned and headed straight for the door.

Loki chased after her, grabbing her by the arm, "Ceres, please. I apologize, it was getting boring so I was just messing around a little bit."

"..." Don't look at him, don't let him know you might have liked what you saw and are going to have a hell of a time deleting it. "It-It's...just..." She continued to not look at him and held out the laptop, "Here. >////////>"

Loki put the laptop aside, there was something the matter but he wasn't exactly getting a bad vibe from it... perhaps...
He touched her cheek, turning her head to face him so he could kiss her on the lips.
