"Unlike the four sisters, I work in dark magic; chaos and mayham. I know how it works and when it's most vulnerable..." He walked back over to Ceres and played with a curl of her hair, "It's quite simple really... She needs to bond to another. Her soul would be more accessible at that time, making it easy to extract the dark magic from it... The runes however may not be so simple..." He ran the back of his hand against her cheek.

Of course by now Sinister had moved forward, looking rather irritated with Loki, "I'm sure I could do some carving" commented the scientist, "get those back in shape."

"She wouldn't bond with anyone here" Loki retorted, "Ergo, there is nothing you can actually do"

"...Hmm yes, though we're have to be careful. Her body is in a weakened state, may actually break or blow up her limbs in the process." He mentioned to Sinister.

Klarion leaned back and began to float, crossing his legs, a grin on his face, "Well, now you must choose little Prince. Shall you bond with her or will you let her be bound to another she barely knows?" It was clear Klarion was going to go through with this. It seemed Ceres in her current state was no use to him. "I mean, it's only till she passes on. Could that really be so bad?"

"The bond goes both ways" Loki eyed Klarion, his chest still ached but he stood up straight again all the same, "She has to choose, not you or even I, though I commend you for attempting to convince me because of anyone here, I actually have a chance of it. Now release her." he demanded, his fists becoming engulfed in magic flame.

"Says what you know about the matter. Whoever deflowers her is the one she must stay with... or have you not heard of some of their more unforunate past lives." He said not fazed by Lokis little balls.

"You are not laying a hand on her" Loki growled, reaching his burning hands for Klarion's throat.

Loki's hand fazed through Klarion and he chuckled lightly walking through Loki and then around Ceres, "Oh oh oh. You think I? Please. I have no intent to bond her to myself... I would find someone more 'appropriate' for such a task."

There was a throbbing in Loki's mind. It wasn't often that the trickster found himself stuck on something and even more rare that he was blinded by bloody emotions. It was making things foggy, he should have been fine with just leaving her there. She'd get fixed up, who cared how it happened? Well, apparently he did and that was getting in the way of everything.
Pound pound pound went the drum, banging around in his head. Where was the answer? That one simple solution that would solve it all? There was always a solution but anytime one began to form that invisible red thread would pulse, sending him back to square one.

There was no way out of it without Ceres coming to some harm.

Loki massaged his temple, the fire in his hands flaring out, "You did something to me" he accused, it was the only reasonable explanation for this phenomenon. "I can't think"

"Not really." Klarion looked unimpressed, "You're simply coming to the realization that you... CARE." He floated behind Ceres, resting his elbows on her stomach. Her eye lids twitching slightly. "Once you feel a fate string, it's hard to ironge." Klarion looked toward Sinister.

"Now, I'm getting rather bored from this chit chat. So either you bone a goddess or you can head right back into your little cell."

The Azgardian was about to open his mouth to say 'make me' before he realized that's exactly something that Thor would say, and Thor had a hammer to back himself up-not to mention no wit.
"Max" spoke the prince, "Get her boyfriend here and you'll get exactly what you want of her, with him."

Klarion didn't look amused. That would take time and effort. And he really did want to see what would happen if she bonded with Ceres. So far the girls had only bonded with humans. Would the rules change if they bonded with an different species. Not to mention he also wanted to see just how deep the bond would be with someone she did not wish to bond with.

"Hmmm... not the answer I was looking for. " He said, not at all interested , flicking a piece of dust off her shirt with his finger. "Sinister what do you think?"

Sinister grinned and before Loki had a chance to turn and look at the red eyed monster, the asgardian felt a sting in his arm.
"I think" Sinister replied, after giving Loki a quick injection, "our friend here will do whatever it takes"

Loki yanked away from him, grabbing his arm and staring at Sinister, then the needle, "... That's just dirty..." he swallowed anxiously, but he could already feel his eyes turning red.

"Perhaps, bit it's effective" Sinister chuckled, leaning back with ease, "Luthor may have mentioned your little Devil addiction. Give it enough time and you'll do anything for more."

"Imbecile! It doesn't affect me like you damned mortals" Loki snapped.

"Oh I know" Sinister nodded, "which is why I toyed with it a little. I'm quite curious to see just what it will do, but I'm fairly certain that regardless of the side effects, you'll either beg me for more, or beg me to stop. I can work with it either way."

Klarion grinned back. He rather enjoyed working with Sinister. It was thrilling to see what his magic and Sinister's science could come up with.

"And either way it will service our goals perfectly." Klarion smirked, rolling a operating table under Ceres.

Loki cringed, something felt terribly wrong and he could guess what it was. He was already very accomplished at magic, where others may have lacked, he knew exactly how to use what he had and that left for very little... extra space.
Before he didn't have his own magic so the Red Devil magic filled the void, but now that he did have his own, it was mixing in a very bad way. Whatever Sinister had done to alter it probably didn't help much either.
It felt rather similar to a blow to the head and Loki found himself wavering and then, unable to keep his balance any longer, suddenly he was on the floor and the ceiling was spinning in circles above him.

Sinister raised a brow as the Azgardian fell, "Hm... too large a dose to start with, do you think?" he asked Klarion.

"Nonsense. Azgardians have quicker healing abilities than most. Anything less may have been ineffective." Klarion loomed over Loki, "It's time to see the Light dear prince..." Klarion looked up at Sinister, "What do you think, Laser or chisel for the runes?"

"Laser is more precise" Sinister replied, not one of half-ass anything.

The words echoed through Loki's mind like they were spoken through a cave under water. It wasn't until the dark magic had settled that the green gem around his neck gained a slight ring of black around it. Suddenly he reached up, seizing Sinister who was suddenly engulfed by raging flames that disintegrated him down to the bone in seconds.
As the skeleton fell to the floor, the azgardian rose with burning red eyes, filled to the brim with fury. "You forgot one little detail" he hissed, "That drug gives me immeasurable power."

"Oh poo." He pouted looking down at Sinister's ashes. He had really been looking forward to redoing those runes. "What are you going to do? Your attacks can't hurt me."

Loki glanced around the room, everyone had a weakness, what would Klarion's be? Nothing came to mind, so that would have to involve further investigation, which he really didn't have time for at the moment. That meant plan B, "Perhaps not, but that isn't the proper way to deal with a lord of Chaos anyway. You seem to want Ceres healed and I call that a common interest, I'm simply not a fan of how you want it done. So perhaps we could compromise on a deal." for whatever reason, the drug seemed to be clearing his head again. Perhaps because it dulled everything else.

"Hmmmm...." He pouted. He rather liked his idea better but it seemed it wasn't going to go his way. "And what would that be?" ((Could always go for his famailiar))

"As I mentioned earlier, Max. The two of them have been dating for awhile, all you have to do is let her go and she'll make that bond with him, I guarantee it. I, on the other hand, can't." he raised his arm, hoping somewhat that Klarion would be able to tell something was there, "The only way I could get out of Shield's basement was to make this ridiculous contract. I can't break it and I'm quite sure that violating Ceres would do just that." of course, he left out the part that it was Ceres' choice if he had indeed broken the contract. That didn't need to be out there.

Klarion tilted his head to the side and his eyes changed from black to full red as he looked at Loki's arm. He almost let out a gasp when he saw it, "No no no no no!" He yelled, grabbing Loki's arm and looking it over. "Those... party crashers! Gah! I was so looking forward to that... Stupid Shield. I hate that organization. So orderly and controlive...

Fine." He snapped his fingers and Ceres fell down softly onto the operation table that had been placed under her. She let in a gasp of air as if she hadn't been breathing this whole time though she did not awake.

Klarion crossed his arms, "You'll need a chuck of the red crystal to extract the remaining dark magic. Something Mr. Ash pile here could have given you. "

The red gem was still embedded in the skull of Sinister's skeleton-which oddly enough was starting to look meaty again. His muscles were restitching themselves over the bone, a sight that was both memorizing and completely disgusting to stare at.
"he's... still alive?" Loki questioned incredulously as he pulled his arm back from Klarion.

"He can regenerate, yes." Klarion said not very impressed, he'd seen it before. "Though I highly doudt he'll give you the amount you need after that little stunt."

"Or you could just tell me where he keeps them" Loki moved towards Ceres to make sure she was alright.

Klarion shrugged, "I'm a god of Chaos not a GPS. He's pretty secretive about it. "
