"I'm sure it will be just fine" Loki assured before looking to the frost giant, "have everything brought inside and see if you can't make a fire for our guests" he then lead them into the magnificent building and it was almost more splendid inside. For a world that only had one viable building material, they sure knew how to use it effectively.
All of the reflected light that made it shine on the outside was used within as well. Every part of the castle was lit by natural sunlight reflected through the ice at precisely the right angles, bathing the rooms and halls in an elegant glow.
And there were different types of ice used, the perfect, glass-like kind of course and then there was the solid white to divide corridors and whatnot. There was also places that were somewhere in between, perfectly etched glass that if there hadn't been a design within it, you wouldn't have even known it was there.

"Incredible-" Ceres began before nearly slipping on the floor, Juno sliding up behind her, catching her under the arms and doing a spin.

"Marvelous." Juno said looking on in awe as well. "Looks like we're gonna have to put those shoe spikes on your boots Miss Accident pron Lady." Juno teased looking down at her sister who stuck her tongue out back at her.

"I'll be fine once we set up the Kotatsu Futon." She said. She felt a little better now that there was no wind and the sunlight reflecting all over the castle did seem to make it a tad bit warmer.

Loki couldn't help but smile, they were the first outside visitors he'd had to show all this off to and he might have been eager to get started on the tour, "It's still a work in progress" he admitted, "I've only managed to restore about half of this place so do stay out of the south and west wings, 'lest you wish to make a habit of a gruesome death. Everything else however, feel free to explore" he pushed forward, sliding along the perfectly smooth ice. He knew just how to step to either avoid falling or launch into a graceful glide across the glass and this time he came to a perfect stop directly in front of an etching of the Tree of Life that took up a whole wall at least four stories high, "Welcome to Yodenheim."

After Juno helped Ceres up, she bowed. "Thank you for having us- Woah..." Ceres wiggled and wobbled over to the wall with the great tree of life on it, slamming right into it, she looked up in awe. "So pretty."

Juno had no problem gliding on the ice, "Most impressive. May I suggest that you pack a guest room or two with walls of snow. The Inuit on Midgad used to make houses out of snow... It holds the heat in very well. If you have guests from warmer climates." She suggested teleporting away and then reappearing beside Ceres, "Here."

Ceres blushed and took traingle shaped walker.

"Better?" Juno asked, a sisterly smile.

Ceres pouted but was grateful for the assist. "Thank you." She seemed to be able to stabilize herself much better with the device. "I...I never learned how to skate." She admitted when Loki looked at the device.

"Or a lot of things." Juno teased, poking Ceres' rosy cheeks.

Loki looked at the strange device Ceres was using and cocked a brow at it with a look that only said 'seriously?'. He cleared his throat a little, "I think she'll learned faster without that" he commented, gliding passed her and yoinking the thing away. He send it sliding across the room and before Ceres even had a chance to fall he was gliding by once more and swooped her on her feet again. With him to keep her steady, Loki started coaching Ceres on how to keep her balance on the ice and move about it. He was actually a pretty good teacher.

Juno shrugged. Whatevers. "She'll need it if we get her on skates thought."
"Nooooooo." Ceres whined softly, looking at the fallen over device across the room as Loki spun her away. Loki was a good teacher but Ceres was very unstable on her feet.
"Ah...No....I'm gonna... gonna fall.... >////< This is humiliating."

"Did you EVER go outside in the winter?" Juno teased.

"Only when you or Polly came over >>..."

"But I..." Ceres looked up and stopped talking, having locked eye contact with Loki.
Every bloody time she locked eyes with him she felt the strings that bond them together pull slightly...

Do you love me, Loki?
....Yes

Ceres had never really gone into full lengths how a bond between goddess and mortals occurred when Loki asked what this bond was all about. She merely mentioned it just kinda happens when she becomes close to someone. A very vague description of the process...

Keeping his eyes locked with hers Loki guided her through the motions, "Now one step... and another... center yourself every time and it won't matter where you slide, because you'll still be on your feet." he smiled and soon they managed to work their way across half the massive room.

"Oh, ok....mm... Like this?" She said softly, becoming rather timid, following Loki's advice. She was still a bit wiggly but nothing compared to before.

They kept at it for awhile and then, without warning, Loki let go and moved just a step out of reach.

Ceres had been so entranced by Loki that she started to panic when he let go, "AH NO." She took a deep breath and glided toward him.

He glided back a little more, "Come on" he grinned, constantly staying just out of reach.

She had also liked it cause she didn't feel as cold when she was so close to him. "Looooki." She whined but stuck her tongue adorably out of the side of her mouth as she tried to glide after him.

"You're doing just fine" Loki encouraged, "a little further" which is what he said every time he took another step back.

Loki laughed and caught her, "Yes yes, well I think you're getting the hang of it. How about I show you to where you're staying?" They never did get around to that tour.

"That would be lovely."

Juno had kept her distance while class was in session and slide over. "We weren't sure what accommodations would be like over here. We brought a good deal of equipment.

"We brought a Kotatsu Futon Set for you <3 They're the best thing EVER invented. <3" Ceres said extremely excitedly.

Loki gave her one of those 'what are you talking about' looks but shrugged, "Alright... Well, first you have to slide this way" he lead them off down a hall and possibly one of the more challenging things, stairs. Thankfully the ice stars actually had a texture to them that gave them traction.
Leading them up several floors Loki brought the two to another large room, however this one actually seemed to have polished stones embedded in the ice floor, making it much easier to walk or even run on. In the center there was a roaring fire and all of their things were laid out on a large assortment of rugs and furs surrounding the blaze. The room was significantly warmer than anywhere else they had been on Yodenheim, it was even nice enough to take off their coats!

There was a peculiar little fellow tending to the blaze and seeming to enjoy it quite a lot himself. It was no Frost giant but rather something quite the opposite, no taller than three and a half feet tall and resembling something like a purple house elf, clothing and all. Fabric was not something readily available in a frozen world and it was quite apparent with the inhabitants of Yodenheim. Few wore much more than loincloths or partially-made trousers.

"Ahhh... heat. " Ceres purred going up to the blaze and sitting down. Though she only sat for a moment before racing over to one of the large bags. "I brought sweet potatoes! " She headed over to the fire and carefully placed the sweet potatoes on the warm coals. "Oh, hello. What's your name?" Ceres asked, just noticing the little guy.

The creature yawbled something in surprise, clearly not having expected them and he quickly made a run for it. Loki didn't seem to pay it any mind as he walked over towards the fire, his blue skin naturally turning back it's normal pinkish hue in the warmth. "What is a 'sweet potato'?" he inquired, there was still a lot of midgardian cuisine he had not tried yet. So far he found that he was a fan of Sushi though.

"Oh... Come back little guy..." She said a little disappointed he ran off. He must have been the one to start the fire, she would have liked to reward him with a sweet potato when they were done.

"Hm? Oh, they're a different kind of potato. These ones are orange on the inside and are much sweeter than normal potatoes... In the Fall in Japan, after we rack the leaves up, we burn the leaves slowly and put the sweet potatoes in. They'll take about 45 mins to cook. I think you'll like them. If not I'll eat yours..." Ceres looked over as Juno started opening the rather large cardboard box. It was about the size of a deep freeze freezer.

"Ceres figured we'd bring some things here for when you have guests who aren't use to the climate here. Make them feel comfortable and what not." Juno said clicking large squares of a bamboo floor together. When completed it would make a floor of about 2 queen size beds put together. "Personally I think she wanted to give it to you for when SHE comes to visit."

"There's nothing wrong with making one's guests feel comfortable." Ceres pointed out, going over to help.

Loki tilted his head and watched as he sat down on the abundant amount of furs that were spread across the floor like carpet, "I thought I did a fairly decent job, myself."

"I- what? No, I mean it's lovely! I-" Ceres looked down feeling terrible. But Juno jumped in.

"Like we said, we had no idea what were coming to. Not that we had an doubt you wouldn't splash the place with some of your royal charm and class."

"I...I didn't mean to offend you." Ceres looked down, feeling terrible. Of course Loki would make the place livable but the last time she'd been here it hadn't been very well... nice looking.

"Oh by all means, make yourselves comfortable" Loki sighed, "It isn't as though I've been working night and day since I got here to make this place livable for a couple of mortals that probably won't even be able to visit more than once a year" he might have been playing it up a smidgen, "I mean, it isn't as though it was only for you... even though I don't know anyone else who would require me to go to such lengths just to make it livable for them..."
