"You've lost your mojo. It seems the part of your Ceres banished was the one thing driving you. Now you need to find a new purpose. A different force to drive you forward. "

Loki merely shrugged and got back to his feet, "Tell me when she awakens" he replied and headed for the door.

It was about 3 hrs before Ceres awoke. She felt groggy and dazed but she felt better.

She sat at the Kotatsu Futon, sipping some tea timidly.

Juno appeared beside Loki, "She's awake. Still rather out of it but awake."

Loki had gone fully blue again, he had been writing at a desk-one of the few things not carved from ice. He looked over at her, there was something a little more focused in his eyes than normal, "Good. I will be there shortly." he replied. Once he finished what he was writing, he headed to the room.

Juno couldn't help but smile a little bit at the focus in his eyes. That's the Loki she knew. She nodded and disappeared leaving several small glowing green balls on Loki's floor.

"Hey. Loki's coming."
"Huh? Oh, you didn't have to do that. I'm sure he has work to do.." Ceres said in a very hushed and soft voice.

"I do actually" Loki stated as the doors swung open and he strode inside, "A lot of work, which is why I think that now you are doing better, you should leave" he glanced between the two, "both of you"

"W-what?"Ceres said softly, looking confused. "I don't understand. We just got here..." She started to get up but fell back down. She was physically healed but she was still rather drained from today's events.


"Loki, Ceres is no condition to travel at least not today and that's two assassination attempts in one day. I won't feel right if we left and something happened to you."

"Some-Someone tried to kill you?!" She said in a wispy voice.

"A few times, yes" Loki replied calmly, "but I'm working on that. I would actually rather that neither of you be here for it."

Juno ruffled her hair, "Are you sure? I mean, you've seen me in action I can be of help..."

"Loki you shouldn't be alon-" Ceres spilled her tea, grabbing a hold of her chest. "AH!" She bit her lip. "No. no no. NOt now."

Loki cocked his head and looked at Ceres questioningly, "What is wrong with her?" he asked Juno.

"You're kidding right?" Juno looked at him with an odd look. She knelt beside Ceres. "Talk to me."

"Darkness.Expanding. in stone.. It'll pass." She hissed, her head on the table as she gripped the side of the table extremely hard.

"How long has this been going on?" Juno asked, clearly having been left out of this timbit of info.
"Doesn't happy very often...Doesn't usually come on this- fast." She hissed. Well that explained why Ceres would take so long in the bathroom sometimes.

Glancing away for a moment Loki sighed, "I can send a sprigling with you" he looked back at them, he hadn't come in much further from the door, "it can help you get home and possibly heal you completely in time. But only if you leave tonight." he was dead serious. Something was going down and he would not have them there for it. "If you still chose to stay, then this is your only warning. I cannot be held responsible for what happens to you" he then looked directly at Juno while pointing to Ceres, "what happens to her. I assure you, It is more dangerous for you stay"

Ceres relaxed, it was over... for now. She got up and staggered over to Loki, panting lightly. "And what about you? What will happen to you?" She asked, reaching out to cup his face.

Loki merely looked down at her, his skin was so cold, "I will come out on top, and no one will ever try to assassinate me here again."

Ceres kissed Loki's cheek. "I'll keep you to your word, Loki." She turned and headed over to her bag, "Send for a sprigling. I'll travel to Asgard and await the news of your victory. Juno, stay here."

"Ceres I can't let you go alone-"
"I'll be fine. I'll have a guide and I will feel better about all this if you stay." She cracked open a can with the words RED BULL on it and started to drink it quickly. "If Loki lends me one of those sleds I should be at the gate in no time."

Loki frowned, "I really think that you should both go." he insisted, "She will only get in the way."

Juno got up and put her hand on his shoulder, "Loki, I trust you. If you tell me to leave... I will leave. But you've seen how I am in combat and how I've stayed on your side during your plans... Are you sure?"

He nodded, looking directly at Juno, "I would not insist if I was not certain."

"Be safe." She patted him on the shoulder. "Apparently we will be taking one of your sleds for our trip back to the gate." Juno picked up her bag of personal belongings just as Ceres had. "We'll be back for the victory feast." She said smiling.

Loki gave a brief smile back, "Well then, I have a lot to prepare for. There will be a sled waiting for you when you are ready" he turned to leave.

"Loki, wait!" Ceres pulled something out of her pack and hurried over to him. "Here... I want you to have this." She placed something in his hands. "It's a 'friendship' necklace... Even if I'm far away, we'll always be close to each other's hearts." She said showing the matching one she had.



His looked like a snake or a dragon while hers looked like a swan... a bird just like in his dream.

Loki blinked and looked at it a little oddly but then gave one of those charming smiles, "Thank you" he replied, and then left.

That wasn't the reaction she was hoping for at all. She looked back at Juno who sighed.

"I know, Rose Bud. I know..." It didn't take them long to pack. They were only taking their personal things, everything else was stuff they were planning on leaving/gifts for Loki.

The two of them headed out of the castle with their packs and cats.

Just as promised there was a sled waiting there for them, though apparently Loki had better things to do than see them off as well. He was nowhere in sight, though there was a sprigling waiting for them as well.

The frost giant helped them load up their things, it was the same short (for a giant) man who had driven Loki out to meet them. And soon they were off on their way, the palace becoming a distant object behind them.

They were nearly at the gate when something strange crossed their path, it was a sister, a single ghostly being that stood directly in their way. The Frost Giant yelped and made to swerve out of the way, for the sisters were nothing for anyone on Yodenheim to mess with. Unfortunately they swerved to sharply and the sled tipped over.

(Load their stuff... All two backpacks full :p)

When the sled tipped over, Ceres' back was to the front, causing her not to see what had caused the accident.

Ceres stood up, seeing the outline of a person she headed toward them, "Oh my gosh. Are you alright-?" She asked before freezing in place. A sister? Here?

Ceres took a quick breath in and started to back away slowly
