Danny finishes clearing the table. He grabs a towel and starts drying. He really didn't want to do anything. Everything was falling a part in his life, and he was falling a part too. Though he was doing his best to hide it. He hid it very well in fact, at least that's what he thought. "I'll go out after we're done here." He says.

Vlad knew the boy was helping, but, keeping yourself busy over something that could harm you was not always a good thing. It was just prolonging it. Vlad used his ghostly powers to dry off everything quickly and put it away. "Thank you for helping me Daniel, but, I'm going to clean up before bed, why don't you go on that walk now" Vlad stated trying to get the kid out into the sunlight a little before the sun would go down.

"I will if you promise to teach me that." he says impressed with how Vlad had used his powers. He has a genuine smile on his face. He hasn't had one of those in a very long time.

(gotta get some food lol i can't think without it)

Vlad noticed Danny smiling and nodded "Alright, how about when you get back if you are not too tired. There are more things you can learn that would be...a little more useful. But, for now, go out and have some fun. The kids don't go inside until its really late anyways" Vlad spoke.

(I was thinking we could each make 1-2 kids and control them throughout the story while Danny knows them, they would be the kids that lived there but each one different from the rest yet all best friends with eachother)

"Alright." Danny heads out to explore. It would be nice to make some friends who didn't know he was a halfa. Didn't know of his freakish abilities. It would be nice to have some friends to distract him from his bad habit of cutting himself. He had taken to that a few months ago. He had tried to talk to his parents, his sister , and his so called friends, but nobody had listened. It scared him but he just couldn't seem to stop.

The sun was setting, the wind was gently blowing, and the clouds were mixing with warm colors. It was a such a lovely evening and was only 75 degrees out, that of course meant it was summer time. The farm fields were large, plenty of wandering, but, the woods were interesting yet blocked off. Probably some perverts or someone over there that shouldn't be there. Vlad watches from his window, able to see the entire front of the house, and wondered which way he was going to go.

Danny heads into the fields his hands in his pocket his right hand fingering the pocket knife. He wonders if any of the other kids were going to be out. He lets out a sigh his shoulders slumping a bit as he walks.

(but i need to decide on which one to start with. Danny/Vlad, Zutarra & Taang, Steve/Tony, or Erik/Charles)

A girl with golden blonde hair was running and laughing she hadn't notice that someone else was outside walking around until she almost ran into them. Luckily she turned in time (like hinata did when almost running into neji) and was able to make her stopping point. "Oh, wow, you're different." Serena smiled meeting Danny. Serena was very friendly, into magic, and loved trying new things. Her eyes were emerald colored but there was a bit of silver to prove she was a magic user but most just thought she was a child with rare eyes. Serena was wearing blue jean shorts with a couple tears and rips to show they were worn out, a loose very short sleeve (half sleeve) shirt, and cowgirl looking brown boots.

Danny chuckles. "Hello." He says with a smile. "And what do you mean by different?" He tries not to sound defensive. "My name is Danny." He holds out a hand to her.

Warren spots his friend, he wonders who the hell that was with her. Though even from a distant he could tell he was a cutter. He knew cause he, too, was a cutter. He heads over to them.

"I'm Serena" she hugs him and lets go "I don't shake, too formal, hugs are more of my thing" Serena smiles. "Warren" Serena's eyes brightened, like usual whenever she saw Warren and ran over to him hugging him next. "This is Danny, he is new around here" of course she would know that, she just didn't know where from. Serena was a bright happy girl whenever outside, but, if she never got outside she was a dark girl, more into magic and the craft (witch)

Danny is taken a back by her hug, but it was nice.

Warren grumbles when Serena hugs him. He barely put up with her and her hugs. "Serena get off." He growls a bit. He didn't like human touch much. It was just his thing, he didn't know why, but he'd always been this way.

(and you said outside twice...)

(yea, i know, re-read the sentence it was explaining that when she was outside she was happy and when she wasn't outside, she was dark)

Serena giggles letting go, "Well I've already said both of your names, I don't know what else to say, hey Warren can he hang out with us? Pretty please?" Serena was giving him the cute puppy dog look, that was kind of sad yet almost unresistable.

"Oh I wouldn't want to impose." Danny says.

"Oh you wouldn't be imposing." He says. "So how long have you been a cutter?"

"Wait... how..." He is flabbergasted.

"I can tell the signs. I'm a cutter myself, though it does upset Serena. I've been trying not to do it anymore."

Serena dazed out for a moment, she always did when this type of conversation happened. "We have a couple of hours before heading inside, why don't we go hang out in our secret little place" Serena smiled, they had a secret little place off in the woods, not much dangerous there but blocking it off kept anyone else away so that they wouldn't mess with their stuff.

"Yeah. Come on Danny." He says giving a rare smile. "It'll be nice having somebody else to hang with." Warren says following Serena, who had started for the woods.

"Alright." Danny says smiling. He follows the two.

Serena runs and jumps and dances along the way. As long as there was the sun or moon, nothing could ruin her mood. She climbed past all the warning signs blocking out the woods, behind it was a large stream they would have to jump over, there was a rope to swing on to get to the other side, and then beyond that it was beautiful with trees in a valley flowers and more.

Warren watches Serena smiling. She was his only friend, the only one he let in. She was really all he had. She knew about his dark past, and yet wanted to be with him anyways. He swings effortlessly over the river and turns to make sure Danny can make it.

Danny follows the two of them. He wonders if they could ever truly be his friend. He swings over the river after Serena and Warren. "So why do you go into the woods if the warning signs are there." He asks after they have all crossed the river.

"Oh, we did that to keep others out, I mean look at this place" Serena smiled staying near Warren like she always did but also with others around, it made her want to stick with him more. "It's too beautiful to let others see it" Serena added yawning, she was normally a night owl, but, she didn't sleep alot last night. Though she was regretting bringing the newbie along with them so soon, her smile became fake as she thought, her eyes were off in a daze. She didn't hate Danny, but, this was the one place she always just shared with Warren before.

(Sorry hunger took over, need to sleep goodnight and sweet dreamz)

Danny senses her unease. "You know, I don't want to intrude. I should go." He says. He turns to leave. Why had he thought he could have friends. Maybe he just wasn't meant to have friends.

Warren has his arm around Serena. He isn't so sure about Danny being here either, but he says nothing.

Serena snaps out of it "Why don't we hang out tomorrow, I'm in one of my moods" Serena smiled and didn't move much "I'll be fine after I sleep tonight" Serena was always better after she got some sleep. "It's also just...today is the day we met along time ago, Warren and I and it looks like someone wants to talk to you" Serena smiled turning to face Warren. Vlad was standing just across the large stream, more like little flowing river.

"Yeah, whatever." Danny says he heads back towards Vlad. He swings across the stream.

Warren holds her tight not ever wanting to let her go. "He's upset." He states.

"I know...I can't help it..." Serena had to return home, she had parents, they didn't hurt her, but, they did ignore her and went about their business. Serena wanted to spend this last moment of the day with Warren and now she wondered just how come they never actually made it official that they would go out. They seemed like a perfect couple, both help eachother with their issues, and it is better than isolation. Serena said something quietly, hard to hear by anyone.

Vlad looked at Danny "Come on, let's leave them be, she needs her space" Vlad spoke putting his arm around Danny's shoulder to lead him back to the house.

"Why don't you come over, spend the night at my place." Warren says. He lived on his own, in the house that had been his families. It got very lonely there, him being the only survivor. "Hell Serena, move in with me. I got plenty of room." He says holding her close.

Danny nods. Though he notices that her needing the space doesn't include sending Warren away. He follows Vlad back to the mansion. His hand in his pocket, fingering his knife.

"You know all of my stuff is there and what would happen if my parents found out I didn't come home" her parents weren't much of those who let her do whatever she wanted. They even didn't know about her secret stash of magic supplies, books, and everything needed to preform them. Serena wraps her arms around him, "I know that's not the best answer, but..." Serena decides to put another answer up for consideration as she stands on her tip toes a little, she was 5"4, and not very tall. Her hands on the sides of his arms as she made sure to place her lips on his, kissing him.

"Why don't we go for a flight? Flying is a great way to keep your mind off things or did you just want to get some sleep?" Vlad asked waiting for a reply as the sun was almost fully down.

"We could move your stuff in when they aren't home." Warren says before being kissed. He pulls her close. He is six feet tall.

"Whatever." He says. He just feels a little let down. He had hoped, had thought, that maybe Serena and Warren would have become his new friends, but it doesn't seem that way.
