"Oh." She looked at her, amazed at her. She blushed when she heard about her not minded about the bed. "Oh! uh...great." she said a little shyness in her voice. "So why did you come to this planet? Did something happen to your home?" She probably shouldn't have asked since she didn't want to say the wrong thing to the girl. "I mean, you don't have to answer if it's too personal! I just wanted to know more about you..." She said before drinking the rest of her soup.

"It is alright," Kiara replied, finishing the last spoonful of the soup before pushing the bowl away and focusing on the human female. "On my world there was a...plague of sorts I supose you would call it. The death rate was rapidly overtaking the birth rate and our race was dying out. The only real hope for our species currently is to expand, to find other planets to settle." She decided that that was enough information for the moment. The human did not need to know that one of her key objectives while on earth was to find a suitable mate to procreate with. Even if she mated with a human a hybrid child would still be born. That was enough. As long as even a hybrid was born then their species would live on, even if that hybrid was unable to access their full draconian form.

"Oh I see," she looked at her and felt like she needed to hug her, "That sounds terrible..." She felt bad, but her alien friend seemed to be a really tough person. She then thought of what she was supposed to do tomorrow, "Oh I won't be home tomorrow because I have to go to school, will you be alright by yourself?" She looked at her tilting her head to the side. She was a very beatiful creature, mysterious.

Kiara looked at the other, seeing sympathy but not pity in the other's eyes. That was good, she hated pity almost more than she hated anything else. It was such a horrid thing to experience, being pitied. She had experienced it when she was younger and learning to master her abilities. SHe had taken a while as there were so few ice elementals on Pyros that she had been pitied for it. Was it her faul.t that so many people were unable to teach her. She pushed that to the back of her mind as she heard the other speak, tilting her head in curiosity.

"School?" she asked, testing the word on her tongue. What exactly was 'school'? She searched through her memories and the information given to her by the pod. She knew the word 'school' but not exactly what it was.

"Yeah, it's a place of learning where they teach us things like numbers and history, oh and I'm in a few clubs too." She went on to explain what she could, but details were never something she paid much attention to. "It'd probably make more sense if I showed you, but then you'd have to be in human form, if you go running around like that people might get scarred or whatever." She had to push the thought out of her mind.

Once she was finished with her dinner she took the dishes and put them in the washer. "Now it's time for a bath, do you bathe?" She wondered if the girl's species ever needed to clean themselves, what if their skin had like some kinda anti-dirty stuff in it?

Kiara tilted her head as she listened to the other female talk of this 'school' and she had to admit that she was rather curious about it. They had no schools on Pyros, just private sessions with instructors that could teach them in their element. Everything else was naturally taught to them by parents or inherited through species memory. She weighed up the pros and cons of going to this school but overall figured that it would be worht it. She would need to learn to interact with other humans besides Alicia and she would need to get used to wearing ehr earthbound form for longer periods of time.

"Would I be able to join you in goign to this 'school'?" she asked curiously before raising an eyebrow at the second question. "And of course I bathe," she tried nto to laugh at the question. "We may be similar to creatures you know as vecious beasts in your myths and legends but we have need of cleanliness just as you do."

Alice smiled and looked her over, "I bet it's hard to bathe with all that stuff you have," she was saying mentioning her appendages she had the idea of them bathing together but her bathroom wasn't big enough for two people. She then paid attention to her next question, "If you want to come with me, you can. It would be good for you right? I mean I wouldn't want to leave you home by yourself it would be boring." She was thinking about all of this as she pointed to where the bathroom was. Down the hall and to the left near the end.

"Do you want to go first? I just thought you had like some anti-dirt defense system in your skin or something, that's would be kinda awesome you know?"

"My Draconic limbs are fine on a day to day basis and generally it is easier to bathe in the earthbound form unless a substance gets under the scales or between the ridges. Otherwise I bathe in my earthbound form," Kiara informed the other. She raised an eyebrow as a straonge expression flitted accross the human's face for a moment before it went away. What was she thinking about? Oh well, it didn't amtter too much. "It is your house and I would feel...awkward...if I imposed on you more than I was already. It is your decision as to who should use your wash room first."

((Sorry it's such a short post. I haven't got long tonight so I'm just trying to reply to everything))

"You can go first, I mean you've been through a lot and you traveled so much longer than anyone would ever be able to do, you deserve to relax." She smiled at her, "You can wear one of my night gowns too," she blushed softly, she felt like she was this girl's wife or something. "That would probably be the worst huh? I'd offer to wash you, but my bath can't fit two people." She showed her to the bathroom, hold her hand gently as she gave her a tour of her home. "Just relax and enjoy yourself," she assured her.

Kiara tilted her head to the side was she watched the other female, almost resembling a cat in her movements as her slitted, draconic eyes stared at the human. Why was her skin heating up the way it was? Curious, very curious indeed.
"Thank you," she said as she was led to teh bathroom, her aquamarine eyes looking at the human directly before turning to the bathroom and examining it. It seemed like a good place to relax in her mind, the colours somehow soothing. She looked at teh 'tub' which Alicia had mentioned earlier and an eyebrow rose of it's own accord. It did not appear to her to be taht small. She was used to bathing in much worse conditions. She looked at the metal things by the sides and, from her stored knowledge, knew that these were the devices by which the water was released. She stepped into teh room and concentrated, allowing her draconic features to dissappear, leaving her completely human. Without a thought she began to remove her clothing. Modesty was ot something which was comon on Pyros. They were a very physical people at times so it was not uncomon to see others naked.

Alice watched the transformation in front of her, it was amazing! She thought it would be painful doing that, but she acted so calmly about it. She blushed when she came back to reality staring at the naked girl in her bathroom. "Oh! I'll go get you a towel...or do you have like some special way you dry off?" She asked just in case she didn't know much about the girl's body didn't lizards usually just lay out somewhere and sun dry? She really had to stop thinking of her like a pet, she could clearly fend for herself, she was merely wanting to be hospitable to the girl who came so far away from home. She had to wonder if the girl felt pain from what happened on her home world. It was like she was alone here...she wondered if she thought that.
