Tony frowned but said nothing, simply walking over and plopping down beside Tim. He felt just how tired he was now that he was laying in a nice bed beside someone that he cared so much about. "Hey...Tim? Are you mad at me?" He asked with a deep frown. He was feeling so sad now. He was tired and depressed and just wanted to sleep. He laid his head on the pillow and looked at Tim.

Tim smiled lightly when Tony got on the bed. He could tell how tired the other man was and knew that the best way to cure that was to get a good sleep on a nice bed. He laid back down before turning to look at Tony when he heard his question. "No.. I'm not mad." he said, frowning slightly. "Why do you ask?" Tim didn't think he's done anything lately to show he was mad at Tony... Unless he was still thinking about what happened at that hotel. Then yeah... He was still kind of mad about that.

Tony shook his head. "I left you in tue dark about what I knew and I shoulda told you because we're partners." He frowned. "I'm sorry for hitting you too." he added, hoping he'd be forgiven for that little mistake of his. He'd done some stupid stuff I. The past few days. He closed his eyes, thinking about everything that was happening. It seemed that just a few weeks ago he and Tim would've been back in the office, cracking jokes at each other.

Tim sighed. "You're right. You should have told me." he said. "But... I understand why you did it." Mostly, at least. Tony could have said something and Tim would have went along with it. It would have definitely been easier, for the both of them. He was silent for a few seconds, thinking over what he wanted to say next. "... What I don't really understand is why you hit me though. There weren't any cameras where we were. No-one was watching."

Tony sighed. He'd known he'd have to explain that one someday and it seemed that day was today. "I was still slightly mad at you. Ziva even told us it didn't need to be that intimate when it was said since it was only something for the guy to know who we were, but you went and grabbed my hand and looked straight into my eyes...that was probably the worst feeling I've even had in my entire life and I don't think I'd even been so hurt before." He sighed. "I really shouldn't have hit you though. I'm sorry for that too." Why was he feeling so guilty? He should still be mad at this point, but he wasn't. He was still hurt...very hurt deep down inside, but he couldn't make himself feel even a little bit of anger towards Tim. He was just tired of this all. He wanted to go home and all of this to be over with. His first goal when he got back was to take that position offered to him. He could have his own team in France and then he wouldn't have to deal with any of these problems again. That was exactly why he'd quit his job as a cop for NCIS. Something had gone wrong and he ran away. That time it had only been his trust that had been violated, right now, it was his heart that was torn to itty bitty shreads. He was definatly leaving.

Tim frowned and was silent for a second as guilt twisted in his stomach. He pushed the feeling down to worry about it later. "I'm sorry. When Ziva said I needed to say that, I kind of reacted without thinking through what I was doing. I didn't mean to hurt you." He really didn't mean too. He should have thought about how he should have said those three words without hurting Tony, but he messed up. There was a small part of Tim though that was glad that he said it that way, not because he hurt his friend, but because there was a small part of him that meant what he said. And that confused him. As far as Tim was aware, he and Tony were just friends... Right? He was so confused right now. He had never thought of the other man that way before, but ever since this mission started, it was all he could think about and it was starting to drive him insane.

Tony snuggled up to Tim, wanting the warm, comfortable feeling that the other man gave him. "You know...we might have to get new identities.." He didn't like the idea of having another name and having to dissapear from his own life. That wasn't one of the things that appealed to him at all. But then, hopefully Gibbs would have their backs. Their boss always seemed to know what to do and when to do it. He just wanted to go home and end everything, moving to France. "I dont like it here." He said, closing his eyes and trying to doze off. He was much more comfortable now that he was with Tim. He felt pretty safe here.

Tim resisted the urge to wrap his arms around Tony when the other man moved closer. He didn't want to give him the wrong impression, especially not before he figures out exactly what it is that he feels for him. "Well... Maybe we can use our owns names now." He said. After, the guy after them was looking for 'James' and 'Donito'. They shouldn't have any problems using their own names. Plus, since they didn't know how long they were going to have to stay here, it would probably be for the best.

Tony felt drowsyness setting in. "Hmm...yeah...you're right." He said quietly. He yawned and moved even closer. "Why are you so comfortable?" He asked. He felt so happy, almost like his heart was fluttering. He kissed Tim's cheek. "Hey, we can still at least be friends. No matter what happens?" He was so nervous, wondering what would happen when he left. Would Tim miss him when he left for France? He knew Abby and Ziva would. Gibbs would be pissed that he was running away. What would Tim think though? "Hey..I think I'm going to transfer to France when we get back... I don't know if it's a good idea to stay here."

Tim wasn't sure how exactly to answer that first question. How was he supposed to know why he was comfortable? But still, that seemed to be an odd thing to ask in the first place. A slight blush spead across his face when he felt Tony kiss his cheek. That was unexpected... But not completely unpleasant. He frowned at the second question. "Of course we can still be friends." Why was Tony asking that? He got his answer when the other mentioned France. "You're wanting to leave?" He didn't really want an answer to that. "... If you think that's best..." Tim didn't want Tony to leave, but he wasn't going to stop him if he wanted to go. "... I'll miss you." He muttered. And he would.

Tony nodded. "Hmm...yeah...I just don't know. Maybe I shouldn't work for the law at all. I think it's a bit stressful. It's killing my nerves." He had his head laying on Tim's chest. "Do you ever wonder why people think they have to kill each other just for stupid reasons? It's so stupid and right now it's ruining both of our lives. Maybe it'll all end soon though."

Tim couldn't help but wrap an arm around Tony. He was just so close... "You're great in this job." He said. Tony was one of the best agents in NCIS. It would be hard imagining him doing anything else. There was always going to be people killing other people. They weren't going to stop. But the ruining their lives thing? Tim wasn't so sure about that. He's been getting to spend a lot of time around Tony lately and that was something he enjoyed. He didn't like the thought of never seeing him again.

Tony gave a little sqeak as an arm wrapped around him. He felt his face turning red. It was nice to have Tim so close. "Are you sure in great at this job? I mean, if I would've just told you what was going in the first place we might not be in this situation." he felt like this might be mostly his fault. Tim didn't seem to upset at him though. He was beginning to have second thoughts about moving to franch. Besides, he didn't even speak French. "Maybe I really should just stay here." He muttered. It was stupid to always run. He was beginning to think about how it would be to never see Tim again just because he was being a coward. He kissed Tim's neck softly. "You know, I'd miss you too."

"You just did what you thought you had too." Tim said, smiling slightly at the squeek Tony made. That was kind of cute... He pushed the thought away. He really shouldn't think like that. "You're one of the best at what you do. Never doubt that." Tim hoped he'd be able to convince Tony to stay. He really didn't like the thought of the other being so far. The blush that was already on his face darkened some when Tim felt Tony kiss his neck. That was... Kind of nice. Tony would miss him? "... You should stay then."

Tony nodded and smiled. "I will then...I guess I can't run forever." He wondered how exactly Tim felt about all of this. I mean, Tony was cuddling him and he was very obviously being slightly flirty. He didn't mean to, but that was just his way. He like Tim and that meant he was going to act like this. They were in the same bed for God's sake! How was he supposed to act in such a setting? "What do you want to do while we're here? I mean, we could do all kinds of stuff here. Swim, get a massage, spray tan, all kinds of fun stuff. O! I'll bet we could visit Orlando studios!" He wanted to have fun if they were going to be stuck here.

Tim smiled lightly, more than a little glad that Tony wasn't going anywhere. He didn't like the thought of going through every day without seeing or joking around with the other man. He could detect the flirtatious tone in Tony's voice, but he wasn't going to respond to it. He didn't want to encourage him until he works out exactly how he feel about him."Swimming and a massage sounds good." He said. That would be a great way for them to relax from everything that's been happening to them lately. But there was absolutely no way he was getting a spray tan. He liked his skin just the way it was. "Visiting Orlando Studios sounds like fun too."

Tony grinned. "Then let's do this!" He said, excited. "I'll tell you this though, I'm pretty sleepy. There's a chance I'll go ahead and get some sleep before anything, so if you want to get up and get me off of you, you'd best do it now, because I'm tired." He closed his eyes, getting ready to doze off when the agent taking care of them walked in, staring at them oddly when he saw them cuddling on the bed. "I wouldn't sleep until tonight of I were you. You need good sleep at night and sleeping during the day will prevent that. I'll drive the two of you to the nearest water park if you'd like." The man offered and Tony looked at Tom for an answer.

Tim smiled lightly, more than a little glad that Tony seemed to be in a good mood. It always made him feel better when that happened. He also had a point. Tim was still more than exhausted and he let his eyes drift close, liking the warmth coming from Tony's body. He was just about to drift off when he heard someone's voice, causing him to force his eyes open. He blinked once, taking a moment before he remembered that there was someone watching over them and he said. "I guess you have a point... Let's get going then." He said, lightly pushing at Tony to get him to move.

Tony groaned in annoyance, not wanting to move when he was already so very comfortable. He knew he had to though and stood up, pecking Tim's cheek before he did though. He'd thought he'd seen this man 'Sam' looking at Tim and he wanted to make it very clear that if any man was going to have Tim, I sure as hell wouldn't be their caretaker. He was such a jealous type, it showed at various times like now when he stared down Sam with a slight glare. Sam laughed nervously and walked out. "I'll meet you both at the car alright?" He said, trying to make sure he didn't get on Tony's bad side. That didn't seem like a fun place to be on. "Tim...do you like Sam?" He asked, trying to see if Tim had noticed Sam's flirtatious looks at him. It was irking Tony to no end.

Once Tony was off of him, Tim got up and started pulling on his clothes. He was still so tired, but knew if he went to sleep now, he'd be up all night again. That was the last thing he wanted. So he just had to get through the day without falling asleep and he'll get a good rest when he actually went to bed. He was focused on getting dressed that he didn't notice the look Tony was sending Sam. Tim glanced at Tony as he pulled on his shoes. "Huh? Oh, well, I just met the guy. He seems nice." He said, shrugging. He never judged people on first appearances and wanted to give the guy a chance before deciding if he was nice or not.

Tony made a little growling sound. "Yeah, well I don't like the way he looks at you." Tony said, the jealousy all over his face. He wasn't even going to try and hide it. He stormed out to the car and go in the front seat, not wanting Sam to have a chance to touch Tim. He was annoyed, so so annoyed. Sam frowned. "Can't Tim sit in the front?" He asked and Tony nearly flipped. "No, he can't." he replied coldly. Sam seemed pretty dissapointed. Tony waited for Tim to get in the car.

Tim raised an eyebrow slightly. Did Tony just growl? That was... Kind of hot, to be honest. But he was surprised the other man was jealous. After all, it wasn't as if they were together. Maybe someday... No. He coudln't think about that right now. Later. For now, he finished getting ready before heading to the car, getting in the back quietly. "Let's get going."

They got to the park and then Tony and Sam got out. Tony opened the door for Tim. "You know, I'm going to have to stay with you both since I'm your protection." Tony suppresed another growl that wanted to come from the back of his throat. "Fine." He barked, clearly not happy about it. "What?" Sam asked. "I'm sorry I can't leave you alone." He looked at Tim. "Hey, do you want to ride with me?" He asked, earning a clench of Tony's fists. "No, he doesnt want to ride with you." Tony hissed, his eyes narrowing dangerously. Sam backed off, not wanting a fight from Dinozzo. "Come on Tim." Tony said darkly, puffing his chest out and beginning to walk off.

Tim sighed as his door was open, but got out without saying anything, even though he was perfectly capable of opening his own door. He glanced from Sam to Tony, mildly amused by the interaction between the two men. He frowned though at Tony. What right did he have to say what Tim can and cannot do? He wasn't the boss of him. "I can ride with both of you. There's plenty of rides." He said, following after Tony.

Sam smirked and Tony gritted his teeth. "I win.." Sam whispered in Tony's ear, making Tony have to try his hardest not to slap his guard. "Yeah, maybe this time ass hole, but Tim likes me better than you, so suck it." Sam laughed heartily. "Why would he like a bitch like you more than me? You obviously get on his nerves." Tony cringed, knowing that very well might be true. "Shut up." He whispered back. Both men had been talking as quietly as they could to keep Tim from hearing, but it was obvious just by looking at their body language they were having a heated argument. Sam moved back to stand with Tim. "Hey, what do you want to ride first?" He asked, sugar coating his voice
