Ok, I haven't had a haircut in 7 years. Last time it was cut (and cut short), I was 12, and the haircut I had looked cute on me when I was 12, but I'm older now, and appearance has obviously changed. ;) When I'm standing up with my arms straight down at me sides, my hair goes down to my wrists. Imagine having hair like that! But it's getting to be too much for me to deal with and properly care for. As a result, I'm considering a haircut... but I do not know any hairdressers, and more importantly I don't know what kind of haircut to get or what would look good on me!
Note: My point in getting a haircut is partially to get something that I don't have to put an hour of my time in to each day. I probably won't be using hairspray, gel, mousse, or whatnot on a regular basis. I just want to let it go and enjoy 10 minute showers rather than 45. XD

Do you know what your hair does when it's short? I'm presuming you do since you said you'd had it short when you were younger. Anyway, I like both the cuts you've chosen, but if you choose the blonde cut you're going to need to take into account the fact that that hairstyle would look way different wavy/curly (Not necessarily bad looking, just different). If your hair is naturally straight, then go for it! But if it's not and you want it straight, then that cut will take time to take care of in the morning to get it straight and voluminous like that.

Another thing I can tell you from experience about the first cut is that if you've never had a straight fringe (bangs) like that, it could take some getting used to. Again, if your hair curls when it's short, you may have to straighten the bangs in the morning, because curly bangs look weird. That's my experience, anyway.

Other ideas...well, first off, you have a gorgeous facial structure! So you can pull off those short cuts! Some of my ideas (won't be offended if you don't like them) are these:

I think you would really look good with any haircut you choose!
You just have the face. Go with what Ely said!
I have short hair but my hair is naturally curly so I have to straighten it EVERYDAY. Just think about that. If you are unsure I would choose Ely's 3rd picture from the top. I think the celeb is Hilary Duff... Try that length first and see if you like it.
I cut mine sorta like the first picture you have but as it grew out it turned out like Ely's pic and now I like my hair even better.
Experiment!
