No, but I she believed she picked three men who were more in control of their emotions, and she did, really. I think under any other circumstances, Uriel and Heiro could have kept themselves in check. They can't stop themselves from falling in love, but to put it bluntly, they can deny themselves through mind over matter. Well, I know at least Heiro can, I can't speak for Uriel.

Uriel is completely loyal to her, he'd do anything the royals ask of him. He's also kind of gotten used to doing things he dislikes completely in order to do the task that needs to be done. *shrug* He'll do fine, probably. I don't know Uriel as well as I should, I'm still figuring out his history and what exactly he does for the queen.

Kage- She won't be kicking herself, she'll be trying to find a way to punish her judges for going against her.

I'd think that make it more likely to interfere with their judgement then giving in though xD. It'd either sway them to be more likely to judge a true love false out of bitterness or the opposite to see others succeed simply because they can't have it. So it still falls the act of falling in love, whether they give in or not, being the problem so that the oath is silly XD.

I know at least Heiro would make himself completely numb to anything but what was required for the task, that means he would not feel either way because he would not allow himself. That and he would never let personal feelings inhibit his abilities to finish a job, whether it's taking someone's life or judging the faithfulness of others. *shrug* but yes, let's agree to disagree, ne?
