Anime, because it involves so many of my senses, and I find that I can get quite immersed in it.
I'm pretty auditory and musical, so, hey, I prefer the sound.
Also, I love moving pictures.
I'm the type of person who prefers the movie to the book.

And I adore dubbed anime. I usually end up watching both, and I've seen a lot of animes that only come in subbed version, but as a native english speaker, I find so much personality in the voices of the english dub! I just get so involved. Japanese voices are just so calm and boring and cliche in my opinion. And watching "original" dialogue in japanese should be no cause for a superiority complex. No need to get offensive because one has a typical preference. I don't speak Japanese and I don't pretend to. I watch original Spanish movies in Spanish because I know spanish.
But for example, the english dub for Death Note.. Ryuk has the most perfect voice. I was almost disgusted by the subbed version of his voice. I lost all interest in the subbed version of that anime. (There are some exceptions). But, hey, we all have our preferences.
No need to get angry.
