Clock loves it here in Canada,
but Clock has the itch to explore,
Clock loves Art and History and Art History,
and there just isn't enough here in Canada
for Clock to expand her mind with.

I feel that way with where I am now, in Michigan. I feel like there's somewhere else I'm supposed to be. Not too sure if up this way, which is south of Edmonton, is exactly where I want to be because I think there's something more, like there's missing piece that needs to be filled or something.

The plane tickets are what killed it for me. Darn things are so expensive. x.x

Yeah, I took a bus up here because plane tickets would have been 1500. X.x Bus tickets were only $300 but it was a 3 day trip and kinda draining. I'm putting off going back home for that reason. I really need to get back to work though eventually.

it cost 325 for a roundtrip ticket to go meet Clocks American and return home, that was a bus. Clocks terrified of planes, so shes never even considered going on one.

Planes never used to bother me until I flew through a lightening storm on my way back from South America. Scared me and I never flew after that. I would still fly since it's safer than driving but still creeps me out a bit.

After take off it's not too bad. It's being that high...eh. That kinda scares me since I have a phobia of heights.

Clock just likes to have solid ground underneath her feet.

I'm normally like that too. Anything over 5 feet off the ground and I freak out. I have no idea why.

because usually there is still some type of solid ground underneath her.

I hate those stairs that you can see through. I just can't even walk on those without feeling like they're going to fall or something even though I know that nothing like that will happen.

I have no idea why since steel is pretty durable but something about being able to see all that way down I just can not deal with. That and glass elevators.

Clocks never been in one before.

They have one in this parking structure in the city and every time I go in it I close my eyes because it freaks me out. The stairs are always "out of order" other wise I'd take the stairs over the elevator.

Clock just prefers the stairs over the elevator, always.

Same here. I have way too much energy normally though and that helps burn some of it off. Lately though stairs tire me out way too easy.

Clock hasn't really been to many places with stairs since she moved though.
Clock has to walk a lot of hills though.

I used to be scared of planes too clockie, they arent all that bad unless you're going over some water and then it gets a bit shakey. but otherwise you just watch the free tv and ignore you're even on the plane!

Clocks mind doesn't work that way.
