I heard. And honestly...it's sad but I hate that this one case is getting so much attention when it happens all the damned time. We really should be paying attention to all the victims and even moreso the living victims who are still going though what she went through.

You can't just care about a problem when one pretty victim is dead. It doesn't work that way.

Duh, neither do I, but I read about her from facebook & saw from twitter, so I wrote her name on youtube, and klicked the right video.

Exactly what I think too. Bullying is a problem and it always has been. It seems it's easier for kids to be more cruel to each other now a days because of the internet though. It's really sad.

She was bullied and posted video blogs about it on Youtube then ended up committing suicide because she was bullied.

I found it absolutely horrible that in her youTube-video, she had written that she is still here and she is strong. and the next thing what happens is that world knows she had committed suicide.

What Zack said. When I was in elementary school I was very nearly bullied to death. Sometimes it was me considering drinking bleach, other times it was their shit escalating to attempted murder. And no one even in this town cared because I wasn't dead and I'm not traditionally cute. But mostly because I wasn't dead yet, so why bother to stop it?

That's the thing here: The problem shouldn't need a body count to matter. I think the worst part about this is that she's now just a pretty face that slacktivists are using to preach to the choir about OMG BULLYING IZ BAD U GAIZ!!1 :(
