It was earily in the morning as a maid enters the hotel to clean up the room "Maid serves" the maid calls out. When no one answers she rolls the cleaning cart into the room and started up cleaning. She didn't even notice a dead body in bed yet as she was busy cleaning in the bathroom before going to the bed room. It was a suite so it was a big room. As she walks into the room and seeing a male body in bed with a gun shot to the head. Clearly it look liked a the male killed himself. And the police was called in and they also called NCIS.

Gibbs woke up from the cell ringing since he always kept it on. He answers and found out the possible murder as already the corronder was already on the way. So he had to get up and get to the office to get the others. Gibbs got dressed and heads to the office which he knew the others would already be there waiting for their next case to be giving to him by Gibbs. He steps into the building after arriving to the office and heads to the elevator.

Tony was in work, bright and early. Well, not exactly early. It was 0700 when he arrived, sipping his coffee. He took his seat at his desk and turned on his computer. A short while later Ziva came in and greeted him as she took her seat. They both got started going through the cold cases they were stuck on until they got a case. Tony couldn't wait until they did. He hated working on cold cases.

Timothy always coming in after everyone else he was praticely everyone's serve person. He moves over to the desk setting down their coffees "Any one see the bos yet?" says looking at them. "Man he has to be lucky coming in when ever he wants to be. Its not like the rest of us can do that. And with theses cold cases always he always gets on our case." McGee goes on and on not even noticing Jethro was standing right behind him. It was common in away for McGee to be saying something about their boss which Gibbs comes out of nowhere on it.

Tony looked up when McGee came in. "Good morning, Probie." He said in greeting. He watched him as he was speaking, unable to help the smirk from forming on his face when he saw Gibbs behind McGee. "Good morning boss." He called to Gibbs. Normally, he would let McGee keep talking until he got headslapped. But he decided to take pity on him today and make him stop while he was ahead.

MeGee blinks surpise he didn't get slapped by Gibbs "Oh morning boss..." says slightly being nervous abit. Jethro moves around grabbing his coffee and takes a sip of it. "McGee not all of us want to come in so earily. But never mind that get your stuff we have a case." says. Timothy would nods not before glaring at DiNozzo for not warning him sooner but he has a habit for doing it. Before going to his desk and grabbing his stuff "What do we got boss?" says moving around his desk. As Gibbs starts to explain the case "A hotel maid walked into a room that she thought was empty found a dead body..supposely he look like killed himself. But we won't know until we get there..now lets get moving." turns and heads to the elevator. Tossing the coffee into the trash as McGee got the wrong kind again.

Tony was surprised when Gibbs didn't head-slap McGee for what he said. That wasn't fair. If it had been him he'd have been hit. Mentally sighing, he stood when Gibbs said for them to grab their stuff. This was great! They had a case! Not that he was happy that somebody was dead. Just that they had something more interesting to do than cold cases. He followed the boss to the elevator, Ziva following behind him.

Gibbs stepping into the elevator with the others and waits until everyone inside before getting down. "So uhh what do they do say what had happen?" says leaning back being near Gibbs. "Don't know he checked in and five hours later was found dead." shrugged before lookin over at Tony and Ziva. "Once we get there Ziva you and McGee to check the camera at the hotel." gives the first orders. The elevator would stop at the parking lot floor as McGee would step out "Ok boss but why not have DiNozzo and Ziva look for it? I mean they seem to be a good team to search for it." and then there was a slap agaisnt the back of Timothy's head. "Because me and Tony need to check on the scene in the room. Beside I want to change the order I usual put you guys on..now lets go.." says. He was almost at his wits end with Timothy right now and heads off the elevator and goes to the car. Timothy could always pushed his buttons more than Tony and Ziva. He did know that the man was in the army and yea there was a change he did kill himself but he couldn't think like that until they gotten there.

Tony was silent as Gibbs was explaining what the case was. While he was only slightly surprised when the bossman told Ziva and Tim to check outside, he was more surprised when McGee talked back to Gibbs. Nobody does that! Ever! He couldn't help but smirk at the headslap that followed. It stayed on his face as he followed Gibbs to the car, Ziva right behind him.

(I'm going to fast track to the hotel)

McGee knew he shouldn't had back talk the boss but he couldn't help himself "Right..sorry boss." says following the rest of the team. Gibbs and his team would get into the car and heads to the hotel as the medical examiner was already there checking the body. There was already crowd infront of the hotel after hearing news about the body being found. He was hoping this wouldn't happen but at lease no one wasn't allowed to go into the hotel beside the police and the NCIS team. "Alright lets get to work.." says getting out of the car and heads to the hotel not even paying attention to the news team's questions.

Tony managed to wipe the smirk off his face as they arrived at the crime scene. He wasn't surprised by the crowd that had formed outside the hotel. People just seemed to be attracted to dead bodies. He ignored him as he followed Gibbs into the hotel and to the room. Time to get to work.

Ducky was already there looking at the room when Jethro and Tony entered the room. "Jethro right on time." looking up as he checks the body. Gibbs pulls on a pair of gloves "What do we got?" says moving over to check to see if the body had a name. "One shot to the temple clearly it looks like he killed himself but it would be kinda hard if he was already dead."

Tony nodded slightly in greeting to Ducky. He pulled his camera out of his bag. He already knew what he needed to do without Gibbs having to tell him. It was the same at every scene, after all. He moved around the room, taking a picture of everything in there.

Gibbs looks at the name of the victim from his Navy ID card. "So what did kill Navy Lieutenant Commander Brian Hales." looking over at Tony "Wait..why does that name sound familer?" Ducky looks over nods to Tony before he does his work. "I wouldn't know until I get him back." Jethro looks over at Ducky and nods before he was thinking clearly that name was familer to one of the witness in one of the cold cases but he couldn't think of which one.

Tony briefly glanced up when Gibbs said the victim's name. He had to agree. The name did sound slightly familiar. But, he couldn't remember from where. It would be best to just have McGee look it up when they got back to base. He could figure that out faster than anybody.

Gibbs notice something on the floor as he bents down and picks up a piece of paper. It had something on it so he put it in a bag so he would let Abby check it out. While they bagged up the body and take it to the morge so Ducky could look at the body more closely. It was around the time McGee came to the room "Hey boss we found that he came up with a female but no one knows where she had gone." he would say. Gibbs looks over at him "Well find her and find out about the victim and see he ties into one of the cold cases.." McGee looks at Gibbs before looking at Tony before back at the boss he would say something like why he was doing everything but he may get slapped again. "Right boss.." Soon they would all return to the office to give the findings from the crime scene to Abby and also see Ducky about what else he found on the body.

When they got back to the base, Tony felt a bit bad that McGee was doing all the work. But, it was computer stuff, and that was the probie's area of expertise. He decided that he would help out a bit, so he logged onto his own computer and got started.

Meanwhile as everyone was doing their part. Gibbs heads down to see what else Ducky found and the cause of death. And found out that something smoothered the navy lieutenant commander. Before he heads to the lab to check on what Abby found with her favorite drink in hand. McGee was in his chair on his computer checking over one of the cold case. Before McGee looks over at Tony "Does Gibbs seem different to you?"
