Oooh, that sounds interesting.

Since Yin is imprisoned, we could start it with either your character awakening him, or somehow obtaining the amulet he is bound to.

Could be he gets it by accident, or in an auction... Or finds it in this old temple he's investigating because of rumors he's heard ...

We could have it stolen from the temple, and either sold or specifically stolen for your person. Or your person could steal it himself XD. Depends on if you want them to be good or evil.

Hmm well is the temple abandoned or not?

I would think after years it is except for older monks at this point who tend to it and maybe some younger ones to protect it. But it's not to populated no.

And would this be in China, or some imaginary country much like Chinah in another world?

Well he basically stole Eclipse in the first place, so works with his character.

XD Probably you since my character is kind of asleep till the amulet is stolen from the vaults and he is ordered to wake up or summoned.

Would my character know to do that?

If he has heard the legends or such he might, it depends on if he thinks it is just rumors. The amulet is kept in a secret vault, while Yin is in a secret vault/chamber under the temple in a sort of stone coffin like thing. The only other option would be for him to steal the amulet and somehow end up down in the secret room and the amulet would react with Yin.

He could steal it and get lost.

XD Lol, a man without a sense of direction lol ok. Just intro him enough to have him steal the amulet and get lost, then I'll have the amulet react and lead him to where Yin is.

*nods* Alright. I have no idea for the title ... Or the kind of place .. hm

XD Think an old temple, most of it would be made of stone, and the vault would be hidden by either pressing the right stone on a wall, or pulling on a torch handle. After that you could say the guards come after him, and he turns a corner, leaning up against a wall or something, where he presses or activates some switch, which makes the wall open and he lands in a dark stairwell, where the walls are now natural stone. The amulet would activate after that, and lead him down the steps glowing, brighter the further down he goes. It would take awhile to get down there, then it would open up to a huge room lit by torches with various charms and such around to hide it and ward off evil but the room itself would be rather pretty XD. In the center on a platform would be an elaborate chinese coffin like object with a circle in the top for the amulet to open it and wake him.

Hm hm ... Right. Time to start writing I guess. I'll ping you when to the thread when I'm done.
