Arthur smiled. "Alright, thanks Gilbert. Love you like a brother. I've got to go. Talk to you later." He called and got the reservation, then bought the ring and a tuxuedo. He went back. "Put on the nicest dress you have. We're going out." He said as he walked in. He put on his tux and fixed his hair. "Tell me when you're ready love." He hid the ring in his pocket.

Vixan was quiet confused by this point, given that Arthur was gone most of the day without a note at all, but she didn't argue. She got on a rather nice black strapless dress that had small white rhinestones dotting the hem up to mid-thigh. She left on the cross necklace England had given her, brushed her hair out so it fell in a perfect curtain of white down her back and did her makeup quick and light.

England loved the way she looked. She was always beautiful, but the dress kind of accented her curves and called attention to things that he normally tried not to stare at because it was slightly inappropriate. He was silent for a few moments. "If you knew how good you look right now...mm." He didn't even know where to go with that sentence. "Damn girl. You certainly know how to dress up." He felt slightly less gorgeous, but that was fine. He just hoped she liked the way he was. That was all that really mattered. "Come, lit us go my love." He took her hand and half dragged her to his black sportscar that was originally from Italy. "Let's go." He helped her into the passenger side and then got in to drive them.

Vixan had blushed at England's words, yet had trouble herself to fins the words to describe him. He looked absolutely amazing. "You look so amazing..." She said, smiling as they went out to the car "So... Where are we going?" She asked as they were driving. She wasn't familiar with where they were going through at all.

He shook his head. "Silly girl. I'm not going to just tell you..." He kept driving until they got there, then went to help he out of tue car. "We have reservations." he said happily. "I really do hope you like this. I thought we could have a more serious, romantic date..."

Her eyes widened as she saw where they were. "Holy cow Arthur..." She looked over at him with a smile. "This is amazing..." She looked at him. "Let's go in then..."

He smiled at her. "Tonight is special, now let's go to our table." He went in. "I have a reservation." The lady smiled when she say Vixan with him. "Last name please?" He smiled and took Vixan's hand. "Kirkland." they were taken to their table and Arthur pulled out her chair for her."

"why thank you..." Vixan sat down and watched Arthur as he sat. "this is really fancy..."

Arthur ordered some wine for them and then the lady asked if they were ready to order food.

Vixan looked at the menu and scanned for something before ordering a dish with a tender meat and mushrooms and vegetables.

Arthur ordered, not really sure if he could eat. He was so nervous at the moment, but he'd wait to ask his questions after he ate.

Vixan could tell that something was off with Arthur, but wasn't sure if asking would be a good thing. She, however, smiled over at him. "You treat me way too nice Arthur..."

He laughed softly. "Do I? I don't think so. I want to treat you nicer." He was anxiously waiting for their food to come so he could get the hard part over with.

"I'm not sure if that's possible." She laughed a bit. "However, if you can think of a way, do tell me." She smiled and then took a sip of wine.

Arthur was jumpy, trying his best not to show his discomfort. Their food came and he nibbled at it.

Vinozia noticed his discomfort regardless and frowned slightly. "Arthur..." She reached across and put a hand over one of his. "Are you okay?"

He nodded. "Yeah...I'm just nervous.."

Vixan blunk. "Nervous? Why? You've been on dates with me before...." Her face showed her adorable confusion

Arthur laughed. "This is the first time I've been somewhere like this. Don't worry Vixan, I'll be fine."

"Well... as long as you're sure..." She said softly

He nodded. "I'm positive love." He continued to eat

Vixan soon finished eating and sipped her wine, watching England.

England finished his food and then wiped his mouth with the napkin. He stood up and kneeled down beside her. He pulled out the ring, his stomach all screwed up in knots. "V-Vizonia...? Would you marry me?"

Vixan's eyes widened and she clasped a hand over her mouth, eyes watering up in happiness and her heart fluttering. "Of course I will!!" She said, hugging the Britain as a tear of happiness slid out.

Arthur's tense body relaxed and a smile crossed his face. "I was so afraid you'd say no." He hugged her back and then kisse her.
