Vixan was already far too asleep to even hear Arthur. She was breathing lightly, eyes closed.

Arthur just smiled at her an closed his own eyes, also going to sleep.

When Vixan woke the next morning, her dress had slipped up to her stomach, and she knew it would've been a bit embarrassing. She slipped from his arms and went to go change so she could go out for lunch with her brother.

Arthur groaned as the warmth from his love left him. "Mmm..Vixan..come back to bed..." he mumbled sleepily.

"Arthur, I have to get ready." She went into the bathroom with a change of clothes and got dressed before walking back out

He moaned tiredly. "I don't want you to."

"I have to, unless you'd rather Big Brother come here." She walked back into the room they had been sleeping in.

He groaned and grabbed her. "Then invite him over."

She squeaked as she was grabbed. "F-fine..." She texted him, telling him to come here instead of the restaurant. "Happy now?"

He snuggled her. "Very happy babe."

She laughed softly. "Comfy?"

He was holding her around the waist. "Mmm. Yes.."

She put her hands over his arms. "Well, I'm glad then"

He'd already fallen back asleep, not really thinking about how it would be once Ivan got here. He was still not dressed and his hair was stickin up insanely.

Vixan sighed and simply pulled her phone up, using the internet capabilities to read news stories from her country to keep up with the progress.

England pulled her down into his lap and snuggled her even closer before he heard a knock. "Mm...who's that..?" He forgot about Ivan.

"That's probably big brother... In other words, get up so I can get up and go let him in"

Arthur refused. "Come in." He yelled loudly so anyone around could hear.

Vixan simply just shook her head and watched Ivan come in. "Hello brother" She smiled at him.

Arthur was still all over Vixan, simply waiting for Ivan to speak.

"Little sister...? Should I go get my pipe...?" He asked, eyebrow raised

"No, no Ivan... But I dooo~ have news to tell you~"

Ivan kept his eyebrow raised. "Oh? And what might that be sister?"

"Weeelll" She held her left hand out to show him the ring Arthur proposed with. "Arthur asked me to marry him!!"

Arthur stuck his tongue out at Ivan. "You can't beat your own brother in law with a pipe you bastard."

Vixan smacked his hand lightly. "hey, be nice to my brother." She looked up at Ivan. "I... Was hoping you'd give me away..."

Ivan stared at them both silently for a few moments. "Give you away...?" his eyes dimmed from what little sparkle they had. "as in... Lose you?"

"oh, no, no! Big brother..." she got out of Arthur's grip and embraced her brother quickly. "you wot be losing me at all" it was clear Russia had abandonment issues.

Arthur frowned at the hurt in Ivan's eyes. "She's just asking of you'll walk her down the aisle." He explained. "You can visit any time you like, even if that's every day." He reassured the Russian.

"I would not visit every day..." He looked at his little sister and ruffled her hair. "Only every now and then to ensure she is okay..." He then looked at his future brother in-law. "Arthur... You will take good care of her, right? Won't let her get hurt..?"
